"It was a tight squeeze to get in/out but the bathroom was big enough and the small kitchen was nice. The closet too was good. There was a stone path to the back and lots of outdoor lights. I liked the picnic table. The host has multiple private rooms they book out so you may run into other VRBO customers. The bathroom air freshener was a bit too strong I wish I could turn that off"

"The property location and cleanliness were exceptional.It was stocked with everything you need while away from home. The small back yard is beautiful and worked well with dogs. The only negative was the bathroom door that is a poorly designed barn door and does not allow much privacy, especially in such a small space. Otherwise super nice and would be a 5 rating."

"The Reserve is a beautiful location and the condo was very nice. The Reserve is near the beaches and many golf courses. The pool area is spectacular. The only thing that was difficult was there was no elevator and we were on the second floor."

"Came for work. But this place is so relaxing. Access to the pool and heated jacuzzi was one of the best parts of this stay. The place was equipped with everything that I needed. Parking for my vehicle and my co worker was accessible easily. I felt safe while staying there. Stores and dance clubs and adult lounges and a pool hall , are minutes away. "We absolutely loved staying here. It wasn’t a vacation as we are moving to a new home nearby but needed a place to just rest up til we closed. This was ideal. Rustic feel on the outside. Beautiful scenery. Lots of deer. We took hikes in the late afternoons along the path. Sad and read a lot. Such a peaceful place. And very affordable, clean with ever wr needed. Definitely recommend"

"As a frequent user of VRBO properties this is the first house that I’ve been to that I felt right at home!! The owners absolutely thought of everything from shaving cream to fingernail polish remover. From the cleanliness to the decor, this property sets the standard very high and other property owners should take note. The very cute and cozy hideaway is a must!!! "This was a nice home for our family and friend group. My husband and I were in town to see George Strait in Jacksonville. Our childcare plans had to change and we brought our daughter and had a friend meet us with her family to watch her. The host was accommodating and understood the situation. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our last minute addition. The pool was BIG hit with the kids. Getting them out almost made us late for checkout!!! Much nicer than any hotel I have stayed...

"The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...
