"Location is good for access to the old city but it is opposite a school and noisy, due to the loud speakers used in the school. Also, there is a muay thai gym next door which is also sometimes noisy...not to mention the street noise and the Sunday street market outside the hotel..Staff are friendly but work in the gym next door so are not always available."

"When I arrived to check in I was forced to wait for almost 2 hours in the lobby, because they couldn’t find my Expedia reservation. I showed them my reservation confirmation email, I showed them my credit card statements to prove I had already paid. Then they asked me to pay again if I wanted to access my room. "This is really a nice place. While it is right in the Chang Mai old town, it is very quiet and full of green plants. The breakfasts are excellent and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting us in our tourist visit."
