Good location, cleanliness and communication. Noise carries down corridor for late night holiday makers - some people like to sleep when on holiday! Also the restaurant next door empty into bottle bank during the night

The location and property are very nice, I was disappointed when I told the hotel contact person that my parents in law will drop for few hours to drop us to the airport at 4 am since the hotel doesn’t have a taxi service and I found 4 missed calls that woke us up (with a 3 year old) at 11 30 pm to go downstairs and pay 40 euros so they don’t have to wake up and charge me at check out??? There is no overnight desk there, so don’t go if you need after hours service.

good evening, you wrote some information that is not correct at all. you booked for 3 people. You arrived at the apartment (I remind her that ours is not a hotel, but an apartment) and you asked us to send you a taxi number. the number has been sent. you did not tell us that the taxi said it had no availability, otherwise we have other taxi phone numbers and we would have sent them to you or called us. why was it not communicated? later you told us that your parents would accompany you to the airport and then they would sleep in the apartment with you (you notified us at 10:30 pm). Obviously, by adding two more people, we had to charge the people who were added. We have communicated this to you and you have confirmed without hesitation. having informed us that you were leaving at 4:30 am, the payment had to be made at the time you informed us that your parents would be joining (10:30 pm). we called you, but you did not answer. you saw the calls only an hour later. If you planned to leave at 4:30 am we had to make the payment as soon as you told us that you were adding 2 more people. in no apartment will you ever find someone who will check you out at 4:30 am (the 24h reception is only open in 4/5 star hotels), but it is always done the night before (we will explain it to you so that if this was your first trip, you know how it behaves around). we love to pamper our customers, but above all we love to tell the truth. you have written falsehoods in this message that risk confusing our customers. you were not very honest.

....we booked a two bedroom, great size rooms, living is smaller but you are not inside in Olbia. Our two bedroom had two bathrooms which was great. Great location, close to the waterfront and the main street in the 'old town'. Would stay here again.

Nice Hotel Near Olbia Airport
This was a very nice and convenient place to stay near Olbia airport. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was very clean.

Excellent location, very clean and very helpful.
Five adults stayed at the end of September. The location is superb, less than 5 minutes to the high street and the apartment was lovely and very clean.

Nice Place for a Day or Two
Very comfortable studio located in the heart of the historic district of Olbia. The air conditioning worked great and we enjoyed the balcony and kitchenette for some wine and cheese. We were there for a quick stay before an early flight, so we did not make use of the kitchenette, but it seemed very well equipped.

Olbia ist eine lebendige Stadt mit viel Musiker und Unterhaltung. Das Hotel hat eine perfekte, zentrale aber trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Gleich gegenüber ist ein sehr guter Restaurant.

En la reserva se especificaba parking gratis, pero realmente no se ofrece aparcamiento y hay que buscarse la vida en la calle. Cobran por todo (si no limpias la cocina al marcharte, si quieres cambio de sábanas/toallas, si quieres cápsulas para la máquina Nespresso business, etc). El apartamento es amplio y en buen estado.

Fijn appartement in centrum
Wat n fijn appartement middenin Olbia! We bleven 1nacht voordat we terug vlogen naar NL. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, 2 slaapkamers, keukentje, 2 douches en haven en centrum binnen 5 miuten lopen. Parkeerplaatsen heel dichtbij.

Schönes Hotel in Stadtnähe!
Wir wurden am Anreisetag vom Hotel kontaktiert, wann wir ankommen. Wir konnten sogar deutlich früher in unser Zimmer als geplant. Die Frau war super freundlich! Hat uns noch Tipps für die Stadt und für schöne Strände gegeben. Das Zimmer war großartig. Es war alles sauber und wir haben ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon bekommen. Das einzig doofe war, dass es keinen festen Parkplatz gab. Wir haben das Hotel extra deswegen ausgewählt. Wir musste dann an den umliegenden Strassen nach freien Parkplätzen schauen. Was zum Abend hin natürlich etwas schwerer war ... vor allem so nah am Stadtkern. Trotzdem völlig empfehlenswert!

5 Tage Trip nach Sardinien
Die Reise nach Olbia war ziemlich spontan und wir wollten ein Hotel bzw.Appartment in der Stadt. Die Residenze del Centro hat uns ,auch preislich , sofort zugesagt . Die erste Nacht haben wir im Erdgeschoß verbracht ( 2 Zimmer plus Riesenbad ) aber etwas dunkel. Den nächsten Tag sind wir in den 2.stock gezogen ,wieder 2 Zimmer,kleines Bad aber großen Balkon ca. 8 qm nach Südwest ausgerichtet . Natürlich war auch eine Küchenzeile mit Töpfen und Geschirr dabei .Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt . Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt , aber telefonisch 24h/Tag erreichbar und in 10 Minuten steht ein freundlicher MA bereit.( sprechen alle Englisch ). Standort -ca.2 Minuten von der kleinen Stadtmitte entfernt und fast ohne Autoverkehr . In der Stadt sind viele kleine Gassen zu erkunden , mit Restaurants,Bistros und anderen feinen Geschäften. Mit ÖPNV kann man die Umgebung erkunden für bedeutend weniger Euros als bei uns . Empfehlung : PALAU ! 1,5 Std Busfahrt von Olbia entfernt mit Fahrt durch die "Berge" und zu den tollen Stränden .In ungefähr 300 Meter gibt es einen Supermarkt an der Wasserpromenade. Alles in Allen mal wieder tolle 5 Tage .

Vi var 1 uke i Olbia og trivdes godt i denne leiligheten vi leide. Fint kjøkken med det meste du trenger, selv om vi ikke lagde noe middag der. Det var nytt og stilig design, og veldig fint bad. Sengen var veldig hard, og vi måtte sove i dobbeltlaken, noe som ble litt trøblete da vi for det første er vant i å sove med hver vår dyne, og for det andre dermed ikke kunne ha på aircondition om natten da det ble for kaldt med laken. Servicen var upåklagelig. Veldig hyggelige og flinke resepsjonister, som tipset om ulike spisesteder, parkeringsmuligheter, strender og utflukter. Alt i alt et godt opphold :)

heerlijk appartement midden in centrum van Olbia
Het appartement was ruim en zeer netjes. we hebben er maar 1 nacht geslapen, maar hadden er met gemak meerdere dagen willen verblijven. De ontvangst was zeer prettig en behulpzaam (we waren met een gezin van 5).

Great stay in modern room
Big modern room with own kitchen. Nice design in room. Part of the citycenter but still quiet. The manager in the reception was very helpful and smiling.
