"The place was very clean and welcoming. Spectacular views alone were worth the stay. The person in charge of the check in was extremely friendly and polite."

"今回3回目の滞在です。 今回、冷蔵庫の中など、清掃の行き届いていない場所がありました。 こんなことは初めてですが。 当方、２歳の卵アレルギーのある子供がおりまして、ホテルではうっかりビュッフェで玉子入りの何かを取ってはと思い自炊のできる当施設に3回目の滞在でした。 にもかかわらず、冷蔵庫に前の方々の食料品が残っており、全く覚えのないゆで卵などがありました。子供の手の届く位置ではなかったので幸いでしたが、今回は本当に残念で仕方ありません。 また、台所にラップがなく、また温かい飲み物用に利用できるマグカップが2つしかなく、大人４人と子供2名の滞在では不便でした。 前の口コミ投稿に記載した通り、浅いプールがあるので、小さな子供連れにはおすすめです！ 今回、5世帯の旅行で15名、A棟、B棟、の2棟を借りて過ごしましが、お湯が尽きることもなく快適にプールもお風呂も満喫できました。 次回、清掃が行き届いていることを願います！"

"美ら海水族館から目と鼻の先にあり、立地もよく、中も清潔で欠点がありません。家具もインスタ映えするものがたくさんあり、子供連れでの滞在でしたが、子供も大喜びでした。プールがあるからか、たくさんタオル等も用意があり、最高でした！3月のプールは寒かったので、また10月ごろリベンジしたいです！"

"Property is really beautiful, beds are excellent, and the living room is nice and cozy. Kitchen utilities could be a bit cleaner but we survived. One important thing is that we signed a contract saying we would follow the rules, and one of them was the garbage rule, but we didn't find anything that explained how to get rid of the garbage. Luckily I don't mind bugs, but if you do, keep the windows closed. Outside it gets quite wild at night."

"Wheb we checked in, pool and tub weren’t cleaned. It was disgusting with mold and dirt. We tried reaching out to them to send cleaners but nobody came. We were not able to enjoy the ammenities that were supposed to be included for what we paid for."

"とても綺麗で広々としたコンドミニアムでした。 アメニティも豊富で、滞在中何不自由無かったです。 調理用品や備品が豊富で、ガス乾燥機も備え付けられていたので助かりました。 LINEでのやり取りは返信も早く困った事は無かったのですが、最初から最後まで電話や対面でのコミュニケーションが無く若干不安があったので星をひとつ減らしました。 それでも、素晴らしい宿泊先でしたので、また次も利用したいです。"

"Stayed at this villa for one night. The staffs are so friendly and patience. Their check in time is before 7pm. The staff kept in touch with me throuht Line APP and waitted for me caused I arrived there late. The villa enviourment is just as pics shows. In the middle might that I sat at the private garden, felt clam and enjoyed the silence. Although the pillow doesn't suit me, the other facilities are completed. "This is my first time ever I felt very disappointed about the booking via hotel.com due to the following reasons 1. The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed. 2. The premise could not be located by GPS properly. The path to the premise is not fit for 8-seated vehicle. It’s too dangerous for the big car to drive thru. "今回は祖父母含む家族８人で宿泊させてもらいました。 一軒家プール付きで、子供達は周りを気にする事なく景色の良いプールを満喫できました。 また、近くにイオンビッグがあり小さい子連れでも買い物にも困らず過ごす事ができました。 空港からは少し距離がありますが、静かでのんびり過ごすには良かったです。 残念な点は、１日目シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて洗髪もままならず全員入浴に苦労しました。翌日に管理の方に話をするとすぐに対応していただき水圧は十分なほどになりましたが、できれば宿泊前に点検してもらえていれば大変な思いをすることなく快適に過ごせたのかなと思います。 また機会があれば宿泊させてもらいたいと思います。お世話になりました。"
