"Everything was amazing except the floor in the room. It was kept very clean but it’s the kind you put outside on your patio. It was very rough on your feet if you want to walk barefoot. FYI I stayed after the reno. The hotel was extremely family friendly and had tons of families with children. There was a game room, indoor playground, and arts and crafts room on the ground floor. The family SENSES dining area had a duplo Lego area to play. I can’t say much about the pools since I didn’t swim, but my 2 year old son (who loves pools) didn’t seem impressed and didn’t beg to go in. The beach was beautiful and the bridges were great. You could see crabs all over the rocks. View from the balcony was spectacular. "

"We really enjoyed this hotel. Very pretty. If we ever go back to Japan we'd stay there again. The beds are harder so we were worried about not sleeping well, but we actually slept better than on our own bed which is softer."

"We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day."

"Very nice, modern room with excellent views of the ocean. I liked the Japanese style eating/TV area, and the kitchen facilities. Wish we could have stayed longer. Note that the check in time is firm, no early check in. "

"Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"
