Perfect Harbor location
We were in town for the Oceanside Ironman. Last time we stayed closer to the finish line, but I liked this location better. It was also more comfortable staying in a condo with a full kitchen instead of a hotel.

Exactly as advertised — or slightly better
Everything about our week was better than expected — the weather, the area, and this apartment. Clean, amazingly well -equipped and so convenient to everything that we only got the car out for forays to San Diego. We were surprised by our ability to walk to any meal we wanted, and the surfers were an unexpected delight, whether watching them as distant dots from our balcony or right under us from the pier. We certainly recommend #121.

Great location on property with nice ocean view from the balcony and bedroom. Sharon was very responsive to all requests and accommodated us on an early check-in. The communication and responsiveness was excellent. Condo was clean and welcoming. The only fact I would have liked to know was that the building had construction/remodeling going on during the day. It was a bit disruptive for relaxing, but overall the pros outweighed the con. Thank you

Wife visit family
Got the VRBO for my wife so she could visit her family. The location was great and she really enjoyed walking to the beach. She also enjoyed the view when she drank her morning coffee. Will definitely stay again when we come back to town.

Ocean Weekend Getaway
Property location was amazing right next to ocean and small shops/restaurants nearby. Location easy to locate right off freeway. Great place for nice relaxing with spouse or kids too. Check in only issue was read directions carefully as you have to locate guard shack to get keys from main office inside complex... took 15 minutes all together so not big deal just pay attention to directions provided. We will be staying here next trip down to the ocean was awesome.

This great spot is walking distance from downtown O’side and the harbor. A great jumping off point to explore all parts of this cute beach town. The rental unit has everything you need, plus amenities at the property include two pools and jacuzzis, gym, pool table, ping pong and more. A truly special location for a getaway.

Fun stay for family!
We had a lovely trip. Condo is easy access to a nice sandy beach and waves for body surfing/boogie boarding. Views from the condo were beautiful- ocean, garden and harbor. Condo itself was clean. Had large bed in bedroom and futon that pulled out into a full sized bed. The second futon would be ok for a child to sleep, but we did not find it large enough for an adult. There was a blow up mattress and crash pad type cushion available. Plenty of boogie boards, umbrellas, a little cart for toting things. (We also had a small wagon we brought). It was great to have a high chair and plastic tableware for the kids. Keurig coffee and half/half provided. Also several pantry items like sugar, flour salt/pepper some seasonings. Pans for baking provided as well as appliances such as blender and toaster. There were bowls for mixing. However our suggestion would be to provide a few more microwave safe dishes. The adult tableware and mixing bowls were not microwave safe. We like to make a portion of the food ahead of time and just warm up when we are on vacation. BBQ supplies provided. Hosts were quick to respond and promptly answered any questions.
