Lawrence & family we're a pleasure to host at my vacation house. Our communication was always great, they followed all the house rules, and they were absolutely effortless in their stay. I would gladly host them again in the future and can highly recommend them to any host going forward.

Rather difficult guest. Solo guest. Booked with less than 24 hours notice. Had to get my cleaning crew in there within hours. Doesn't mention receives a 4 bedroom house for $205 a night. No positive statements. Too many complaints: Wants to park inside the garage (never had this demand). Didn't want to communicate on VRBO site. Couldn't figure out how to use the TV. Poor communication - I had to contact VRBO to get guidance. Would not respond to emails or text messages. VRBO also could not get him to respond. (Said he turns his phone off). Did not follow house rules regarding laundry of towels - stays 5 nights and uses 5 towels. I had to walk him through how to use the TV . I guess he expects to have premium channels as well, when basic cable is already $200 per month. Guests are free to pay for premium channels (using their own accounts). Never had a complaint on this. Left the toilet in master bedroom unflushed. As mentioned to him, I can not control the city putting in a new sewer line. Zero appreciation, poor communication and too many complaints and interruptions.

Chi & family were wonderful. Had I known I could have explained better. It's very helpful to not find a pile of 12-14 towels, plus sheets waiting to be done. That's hours. These are large houses, plus with the cleaning involved - it's appreciated to just help with the towels. A full laundry room is right there. I try to keep my prices low. Thank you.. ~ Peter

There is a notice from SDG&E right above the thermostat requesting homeowners set temperature at 78 degrees. This flex-plan is to avoid rolling blackouts by zip code, which I have already experienced. We were under a heat advisory. I too am subject to the same constraints. I see it as all of us doing our part to work with the system we are given.
