The rooms where clean and pretty well maintained, the staff was kind and friendly. It was close to the Centro and a walkable distance from most things. They also offered 2 tours, and although we didn't do any it was nice to have that option.

+Spacious rooms, lots of parking, restaurant and pool. Nice old hacienda. - 20 min walk to centro, not a negative if you like walking and want to get your steps in! Overall good value for money and I would stay there again.

We stayed for a few days; the main issues were the lack of coffee in room and being able to refill drinking water bottles. Pool towels are not readily available and have a time to return them to the check out desk. Volume on tv is restricted and AC can only work at a certain level.

Buena ubicación, La propiedad es muy bella, los jardines estupendamente cuidados, a las habitaciones les hace falta luz, ventilación en los baños amplitud y se batalla mucho con el internet y el servicio de cable, agradezco a la Srita Felipa una de nuestras recamaristas, a Gil el técnico que acudió infinidad de veces a nuestras habitaciones a apoyar con el internet y el cable, al Sr. Marco el bell boy, los recepcionistas en ocasiones parecían molestarse al quejarnos por alguna de las situaciones antes mencionadas, sin embargo, creo que es importante mencionarlas por qué el hotel es muy bello, en el restaurante tienen buena comida, no excelente pero rica, algunos platillos son escasos., en recepcion tienen muebles antiguos pero bonitos y confortables, pero en algunas ocasiones se descuida la Limpieza. Al ingresar a las instalaciones del hotel me inquieté ya que está descuidada la entrada le hacen falta adoquines y hace mantenimiento no le hace justicia al interior de La hacienda que en sus buenos tiempos del Porfiriato debió haber sido espectacular, ojalá en las próximas remodelaciones, se tome en cuenta algo de lo aquí vertido. Sería genial. Aún y con lo anterior SI lo recomendaría.
