"We booked and stayed at the property for a work trip for police week. The property was easily accessible with off street parking. The unit was very nice and clean. Nice extra touch of having snacks and refreshments after driving 12 hours to get there and not having time to get to a grocery store. Having coffee as our fingertips was a godsend. Uptown Market was a short walk away and had great food. The unit is about a mile walk to the NoMa Metro station, which we used every day we were in town....

"When I rent a vrbo for races that I travel too, I only care about the comfort of the bed and the effectiveness of the shower. For this space, those were the two best things which was perfect for me. Additionally, for any of the issues that I may have had while staying here, Sand was immediately responsive and helpful in remedying them. I appreciated that."

"the property was just as described. Maybe a liitle rough around the edges but very comfortable. Personal touches of host's art decorate the apt. Super convenient to Metro. Our host volunteered a mini tutorial on using Metro which was very helpful to public transit Virgins. Mr Wayne very personable host. It shows that he enjoys hosting, with whatever level of interaction guests choose. As we are two 65+ women. I had expressed concern about returning via Metro after 10 pm. He assured me no guests...

"Love the location of the property, and the off street parking cannot be beat! It is within walking distance of everything you want to see. Our family of 4 was very comfortable, and the property was well stocked with everything we needed. There are a few parts of the property that could use some repair or maintenance, but otherwise, it was a great stay! We would definitely stay here again!"
