"Our room was on the first floor next to the elevator which we heard every time it moved. Light around mirror only worked on one side. I was waiting to talk to front desk and as soon as she finished with person in front of me she put up a sign that said staff was not available and would return shortly. She said nothing, just put up sign and walked away."
