Overall good hotel . A little dated needs a lick of paint and a minor renovations but the staff are great . Can’t do enough for you . Food/drink selection excellent. Clean and everyone friendly. This is a 3-4 star accommodation with 4-5 star food and service. Beach area lovely

We chose a fountain view instead of the ocean view. Best choice! Every night we watched the fountains and lights dance to music. One night after an event at the conference center, fireworks lit up the sky right above the fountains. It was amazing! The grounds are extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and courteous. The restaurants were superb. It's one of the top resorts I've stayed at. It was an excellent choice for our family vacation. Oh ya! The water park was fantastic!

Other than playtime with the dolphins this trip was disappointing. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. A/C in room didn’t work. Staff were rude and lacked customer service skills. Everything was overpriced. Food was average. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be back.

We will definitely be back at the Goldwyn resort it has anything you could have ever asked for and more. The property is beautiful, clean and cared for in every small detail. Food from the restaurants is good (pricy of course but take into consideration that. You’re on an island that imports everything). The only downside if you want to find one is that if you want to leave the property and get around the island can become expensive since you’ll have to call a taxi every time because it isn’t close to anything.

The property was amazing. The staff was so helpful and polite very personable.
