"The rooms are amazing. The beauty of the castle and it's surroundings is spectacular. However, the parking is sketchy at best and nobody offered to help with our bags and it's quite the walk up the hill with two or three bags. My mother actually fell leaving the property Sunday. The wet cobblestones are slick and dangerous. They have a golf cart that could shuttle guests and their bags easily"

We appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby restaurants which were also amazing. The only criticism was the limited hot water for the shower. Our favorite part of the stay was the restaurant attached to the property. The breakfast was exceptional every morning. What really made it special was the wait staff though.
