Staff in all areas of the hotel were excellent, front desk staff offered great suggestions for Niagara Falls the best was the fireworks at 10pm which we watched from our room on the 6th floor. Breakfast was great with lots on offer and tables were cleaned after guests left. Our room was comfortable, towels and linens were good quality I don't have any negative comments about our stay.
