Rooms are clean but having cats stains smell and ppl coming in the building not ok! It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel! Besides that staff is really nice always smiling and break fast was great… pool was very clean my niece had a good time. Parking is great! Thanks again

The hotel is well located near the highway, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the room had a strong smell of humidity, and there were stains on the bed sheets. The bathtub also had a glued rubber mat that made the bath look dirty and not very inviting. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the lady working there was extremely nice and welcoming. Overall, the location and breakfast were good, but the cleanliness and humidity in the room could definitely be improved.

We visited last week and loved how conveniently located the hotel is—just 30 minutes from Ausable Chasm and only 10 minutes from Plattsburgh Beach. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of varieties to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. We stayed in a two‑queen bedroom, and it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers great amenities, including convenient on-site parking, which made our stay even easier. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.

The check-in was in a different building. Odd but it worked. On 2nd floor with no elevator. Room was good size. Decent bathroom, small fridge. Beds and pillows were good.
