Room very small for the price; huge bed in a small room. Poor design. Poor communication by staff not very friendly. Do not take the time to explain the quirks of the place or room. Not as if they were busy when we checked in. We always seem to be imposing on them. Lobby very noisy in evenings. very difficult to have a conversation Same for the KFar restaurant...

We stayed a week and had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I had written ahead to alert the staff to my severe feather allergy. Unfortunately the room we checked in to still had what seemed like feathers, but the staff very quickly sorted everything and checked in multiple times. The “Cozy” rooms are indeed small, but it was comfortable. We enjoyed the bar most nights and liked the vibrant atmosphere and great location. Would stay again.

Property is really lovely with great spaces and restaurants. But for the price I'd expect a gym and or a pass to a local gym (there is a daily pass to a local gym for ~$23 per day). But otherwise it was great.

Location is great, view is spectacular! The whole place is new nice and clean. One thing that surprised me was the space in the room. I knew the size of the room upfront but It still surprised me a bit how little space was left when we put our luggage in.

The rooms are way too cramped and it is almost impossible to get a seat in the foyer due to everyone working on their laptops and occupying an entire table setting. There is obviously more money to be made from single cups of coffee than occupancy rates. I have stayed at the Hoxton on four occasions but I think this one is my last.

Fantastic location!!! In the heart of Williamsburg. Our room had an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the East River Ferry (recommended for getting to Dumbo and Manhattan) Only negative was it was a little noisy at night and rooms are quite small if you have a lot of luggage but this is expected. Would stay again!

Like most NYC hotels, the room in the Hoxton was quite small, but the space was well thought out and comfortable. The vibe in the lobby was welcoming and energetic. There were great food options in the hotel and also nearby outside the hotel. Staff was great!

Service in the hotel is excellent. The rooms are small but beautifully done. I had a great view of Manhattan from the 5th floor room. The restaurant options are great.

Williamsburg is nice area with many small shops and good restaurants. The hotel is located near the center of Williamsburg. It also has a good access to Manhattan via subways.

Great Stay
Staff were super friendly and attentive. Rooms are small but this is typical in big cities, pack efficiently. Rooms equipped with everything you need. We had great view of Manhattan over the East River from 9th floor. Smart design. Lobby floor is a fun, attractive place for any time of day with coffee, pastries, cocktails and meals available. Parking available within 1-3 blocks. Very easy.

We absolutely loved staying at the Hoxton! Started off with a warm welcome, dining ideas, and a smile. The rooms are chic and cozy! The rooftop dining was amazing and so was the server! And the coffee/pastry bar was Devine! We are recommending the Hoxton to friends!

Love this hotel! Don't think twice before booking
This is a great hotel. The design is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the bed was super comfy. The shower pressure was amazing and the people at the front desk were awesome. If I had to say anything less than complimentary, it would be that the room was a bit small but the listing is very upfront about the square footage and it is New York after all, so you shouldn't expect a large suite. Great experience, and I will absolutely be back.
