Nice property, rooms were small. Couldn’t find our stored luggage at checkout until I found it for them. Lounge was empty, but was told that the room was completely full with reservations.

The room was incredibly small and not fit to share with another person. I could barely open the door to my room because the only place I had to put my suitcase was behind it.

Our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in. The elevators took forever. There was an extra $100 charge not listed when we booked. Clean room, good location but will not be staying again.

The Hilton Motto far exceeded any of my expectations. The staff was impressive from checking in to everything leading up to checking out. Whenever i arrived to my room, the TV screen was on with the NY backgrounds on it and in the center were these words, welcome Carolyn. I have no complaints at all, which is rare. Well my only complaint would be ive set myself up for any future hotel stays. From here on out, itll be Hilton for me.

Motto was amazing! They were able to accommodate me after there was a problem with my Expedia reservation. The rooms are compact but perfect for what we needed and a good area. We’ll come back next time we’re in NYC!

The nice surprise I had was to have a mini-fridge in the room which I was not expecting. Ideally, they could offer a microwave and/or a coffee machine, but they don't. They sell coffee in the lobby at the bar. Not much to offer vegans but what I tasted was good. There is a Starbucks a few steps away on the corner and there is a Trader Joes and a Whole Foods a few blocks away. There is also a very extensive Deli and convenience store around the corner.

Love this part of the city. So close to our favorite dining options without the chaos of times square. Also very close to the subway, so anywhere in the city isn't far. We had a view of the Freedom Tower and it was spectacular! Rooms aren't huge, but are well-designed.

Check in was smooth and easy. Modern way of doing things and a very posh interior of the lobby and restaurant/lounge. Room was small but functional. Slept well there and the blackout shades were helpful. Had a decent view of the city. The bar was hopping but the bartender was aloof. The wine was not good. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Gorgeous property in the heart of Chelsea. The staff were attentive, kind and accommodating. The hotel itself has great amenities for those traveling for work or with layovers at the end of their trip. We’ll be back!

Clean and neat, fairly quiet. Nice to have daily housekeeping. LULLA on site had very good service and food. It is a good location for MSG, walkable, and near EATALY and Madison Square Park.

There were no keys available, which delayed check in. They charge you a resort fee that includes WiFi and water bottles, which seems cheesy since the fee is mandatory and these are often standard items. Room is small but well laid out, restaurant was decent.

Good location, nice room with city view. Lifts were quick up and down. Resort fee feels like an extra cash grab! ;( 30 dollars per day for bottle of water and WiFi and 10 to spend in bar - need more perks for this sort of charge
