"Clean room but old. No pen or paper which I always use. Mattresses in both rooms were very soft and the shower wash was empty which I discovered while showering. Screaming babies next door kept us awake all night so make sure not to get a connecting room when you require one for your family but someone else gets it, not your family. We heard screaming and yelling all night long. We’re exhausted "

"Outstanding hotel. Clean and quiet, great decor, awesome service a top floor lounge, bar with great music and a pool on the roof. A fabulous restaurant The Ivy, that does breakfast, brunch and has live music. We loved our stay at this fabulous hotel! "

"Mixed reviews on this one. Got into the room just fine, and the waitress at the lounge was great. The desk didn't seem to like me asking questions about the room features, but no prob. Wierd that they didn't have caffeinated coffee for the rooms. Clean and accomodating, though."

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...
