Overall my experience was okay. Let me just start by poiting out that there was an oder in the room and you couldn't tell where it was coming from but it was definitely in there, and the bathtub was dirty. My husband called the front desk to request for extra towels but they never came to bring them. My husband had to go downstairs to get towels but he was told that they did not have anymore towels available and that we needed to wait until the service crew started their shift by 9am in order for us to get clean towels afterwards, so I assume that there was only dirty towels available at the moment. Anyways we left while room service was cleaning the rooms and by the time we got back to the hotel that very night, our room still looked the same, the beds were not made, the wet towels that we had to unfortunately shared were still on the floor just how we left them. No clean towels and no room service. Extremely dissapointing with the sevice that was provided as my first stay at a Holiday Inn, unfortunately now I want to cancel my membership as well as an offer they provided me to stay at one of their resorts and I will fight to the end for them to refund my money back for that offer for which I am not interested anymore.

1) Unit had a Kitchenette but no dishes, utensils, glassses, cups pots/psns, nothing cabinets were empty, dishwasher was empty. Nothing in the shelves to use totally empty. 2) Could not adjust the Heating/AC. 3) Electrical outlet in Bathroom did not work. 4) Had to ask and wait a long time for towel set for the 3rd person in the room. Otherwise it was a good room had the above not been an issue.

It is a very cool hotel. You can see that it is well from the minute you walk in. The staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is also done very well.

Everything was great here. It was my first stay at this location. The breakfast was great along with the room. My only complaint is the parking. Because of your location, parking should be included. Hotel locations in my home city of Chicago, near Midway airport, parking is included, along with free airport shuttle. I'd definitely stay here again, without a car.

The staff were friendly. My room was clean. The tv is large. Coffee maker in the room. They only serve breakfast, but there were fast food places nearby and a supermarket. Liked having the shuttle to and from the airport

The bathroom door would not close. The front desk persons ordered transportation for the following day for transport to the cruise terminal. The next day, nobody knew anything about it. Little things, but you asked.

Only provide 1 access card for a room sleeps 4, and I have to bring it 3 nights in a row to front desk to re-active again, it doesn’t make any sense. Only two sets of towels in the room, exhaust fan not working.

It’s close to the airport. It’s the usual HInn Express experience. You know what you’re getting with no surprises. We had a late arrival and the front desk folks were cordial and very helpful. The only thing here is their shuttle service stops at ten pm.

Our shuttle driver, Robert, was wonderful. He gave us a great impression before we even got to the hotel. Check in was seamless and everything was clean. Great place to stay near the airport.

Staff onsite were inviting and helpful. Made checking in and out super easy. But this hotel is average. Towels are small. Room is super small. Booked for 2 ppl was charged a fee but was given one wash rag in the room. There was a condom next to the bed, unopened but still this means the cleaning crew missed it, not sure what else they would’ve missed. There is a parking garage, $40 per day. Kind of pricy, you can find street parking if you want to walk a little bit. There is a small snack area, you can pick up some items and charge to the room. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast.

There is huge HVAC system noise in the room. Room temperature was way below than normal, The Staff was informed but they did not care. It needs to be broghut to attention. The fron desk printer does not work.

I want to say I got there late after my flight landed late, checkin was fast, the security guard even help me locating my room, the room was immaculately, bed neatly spread bathroom very clean( I was an housekeeper for couple years) so I know when a room is clean, but nonetheless everything was perfect .
