My wife and I had a great time at the Citizen M! It was our first time visiting NY and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooftop bar is amazing! Justin was our bartender at the roof top bar and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Through conversation Justin found out it was our first time visiting New York and he took the time to tell us about the city and gave us pizzeria recommendations. It's customer service like this that makes us want to come back to the citizen M in the future. We highly recommend this hotel!

Love CitizenM! I have stayed at the Bowery location many times. I always enjoy the family like service and the best part… there’s no resort fee or upfront deposit. This time around my room wasn’t the cleanest, but I’m hoping that’s just a one off situation. My past rooms have been pristine.

The staff at this hotel was AMAZING!!!! Big T had the BEST suggestions and gave perfect directions for which sites to see and how to access them. The rooftop had breathtaking views. This was a wonderful hotel!

I love this hotel when I come to New York. It is perfect for 2 people but I love taking solo trips and staying at this hotel. The room is very small but so cozy! Love that everything is controlled by the iPad so you can set your own mood. Will absolutely be staying here again.
