Hello Ashley, thank you for your feedback it does go a long way for our betterment. The tap water system is often cloudy as the building has a very large, high pressure industrial system which we do not recommend for drinking, we do have the canned waters as well as a filter station on our second floor for our guests. We do apologize for the elevator issues and we have since rectified the situation. We cannot change the past but we hope to impact your future should you decide to give us another chance, please feel free to reach out to us directly!
