I did not have breakfast there. Very helpful staff especially Lauren. I accidentally left my hat in the room after checkout. She accompanied me to get it. I would recommend family and friends to stay there.

We love staying at this hotel when we come to Sydney. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are so comfortable and stylish. The food from the restaurant is fantastic, and only a 10min walk to an enormous Westfield shopping centre and Train station.

Hidden Gem

This hotel was not my first choice when booking, BUT i am so glad this is where we stayed. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful. The lobby was well laid out and very welcoming. The room was excellent. The area was great, it was on the outskirts of parramatta but easily walkable to shops and transport. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It will be a go to hotel for Parra for us and friends.
