Marriott app based communication was terrible. Multiple requests went unattended. Sofabed was so bad and not usable. Each room charges were all separately charged. Total bill came late. Gold elite previlages were denied

Lovely restaurant, bar, Spa, courtyard. The staff was not at level it should be for a Ritz Carlton hotel. Our TV and room phone did not work properly, and it took them almost a day to address it properly. We made numerous phone calls and the staff said they would call us back each time, but they never did. Very sloppy and negligent.

I WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE COULD NOT BUY STARBUCKS COFFEE IN THIS HOTEL!!!! With many customers who are discerning travelers, it should NOT need to be stated that your customers expect superb coffee options every morning while staying at your property. The Valet service was horrible and unorganized. I am going to rethink whether I need to stay loyal to Ritz-Carlton after this stay.

The Ritz Carlton is an upscale hotel. The Service was excellent. It has multiple restaurants, in addition to in room dining. The in room dining is available 24 hours a day. There is a spa and workout facility. It’s located on Canal street, 2 blocks from Bourbon street.. Great location without all the noise.

Remote in room didn’t work. No one answered at the front desk for 10-15 minutes so I called room service and they transferred me. Was told they would bring a new remote and they never did. Also couldn’t access courtyard due to a wedding.

Staff was slow changing our room since the TV did nt work and my husband missed his basketball tournament games he wanted to see . After they we re over they upgraded us to a suite we’re the TV worked …… to late

Such a wonderful experience all around. Great food in the Bistro and drinks in Lounge with Jazz band were top notch! Rooms were immaculate and bell staff took such good care of us! BRAVO Ritz!

love the Davenport Lounge and the restaurant, without this, the stay would have been not good. The area is shady & noisy. But also, the property itself can use a facelift. It just seems like a Mariott, not a Ritz property. Very 3 star.

Unwieldy Maze and Angry Security Staff
Arriving at the main entrance, I took an elevator to the 3rd floor reception desk. I then had to take another elevator to the 4th floor and walk roughly 50 yards to the entrance to the club, where I had to take yet another elevator to my room. This was clearly not thought out very well. The club itself was limited in food options and staffed by very friendly, albeit virtually uninformed personnel. The room featured an empty mini-bar, which despite asking 3 times, was never stocked. Housekeeping seemed to forget about me 2 of the 6 days I was there, despite me calling to ask to have my room cleaned... Room service was subpar with dry eggs, stale toast and mixed up orders. The same was true of the restaurant where the cassoulet was terribly dry, bordering on inedible. This is unacceptable in a city famous for its French food! While the staff throughout was very friendly, it seems they suffer from a lack of training and information. A notable unfriendly incident involved a belligerent and condescending security guard working the main entrance. I was trying to find the rear entrance to avoid having to change elevators twice, but instead of offering assistance, he charged out of his unmarked car and barked at me to leave the property. After I showed him my room key, he barked again and told me I wasn't listening to him. I tried to report the incident at the reception desk but found the desk abandoned. I called from my room and never heard about the incident again.

I have to say that the New Orleans Ritz has the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Every employee was very friendly. I left my earbuds behind and they are mailing them to me at no cost. I left my IPad in the restaurant and they brought it to my room. Always plenty of bottled water in the room.
