We ended up staying at Sonder Vitascope because Sonder no longer has the property at St. Helene. We were given a two bedroom suite with a stocked kitchen in place of the one bed hotel room we would have had a St. Helene’s. The accommodations were very nice.

Wonderful location! Walkable to everything. Walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors very clearly and the bathroom sink was slow to drain but overall would go back. We did put in a request for the sink and they came right away. The sink improved but was still slow draining. The storage for the luggage is a communal storage that is not manned by anyone so keep valuables with you. Our luggage was intact both times we used the communal storage. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book here again.

We loved the location and that they accommodated those arriving early and leaving later on flights a place to store luggage until check in and check out. We loved that 24/7 they were available to fix and take care of issues, thank you! We would definitely come back and also recommend.

This was the perfect location at the same time quite. Walking distance to all the action. My only wish would be to have a firmer mattress. Everything else was excellent and will stay again.

Two stays in one week
We had two reservations. First night we stayed on the second floor with a balcony. Room was good. Only down side was garbage pick up in the morning was very loud. Not sure if anything can be done about that. Second two nights we stayed on the first floor on the room that opened up to the pool. Would have been great in the summer. Th weather was cold the entire week were there. The heater seemed to never work so the room was very cold.

Very nice experience overall. Hotel is right in historic French Quarter at walkable distance from bars, restaurants, and famous attractions. Note that water pressure is not great inside room and there’s no free parking. Fees for parking averaged to $60 per 24hr day.

Well, The pictures on the website are not what you get! The room stunk, the bathrooms shower and floors were old disgusting and I did not even want to step on them. Just the entire vibe of the room was gross. Will never book again.

First of all the room was dirty. It took him two days to move us. No TV for two days. Just horrible. I was supposed to be on vacation, but it was a nightmare.

The trash cans in the room were still full of trash. The toilet had not been flushed. The soap dispensers in the shower didn’t work. The plug outlet at the sink didn’t work. There was not a microwave in the entire facility that was accessible.

It was very convenient if u want to stay near everything! Customer service thru the app was quick st messaging back. It was quite as well. Only thing i didn't like was the bed was a bit on the thin side, the pillows were too soft but overall it was a clean unit, definitely a good stay for it's conveniencey and price.

I asked the cleaning lady if I could put my bag in the room. She said yes and I tipped her $5. When I came back at ck in it was gone. I spent hours over text and one person said it would be back by 8pm and to go ahead and go eat. When I got back it still wasn’t there and spent a lot of time on the phone. The guy keep trying to get off the phone but I made him stay on until I got it. It held many essentials, including my medication. The person that found and brought it to me was a gentleman named Eric. Instead of in joying my time in New Orleans I had to endure this hardship. Run around in circles and endless lies. Also the coffee maker doesn’t work and the tv provides not one clear channel.

It was a great location in the heart of the French Quarter. Cheaper than most all of the hotels. Easy entry and exit. No elevator and the room was very small. It was fine for one person. Bath was small but very functional. Parking was nearby and cost me $45 for 15 hours.
