Cute condo, great location!
This was a perfect getaway location. Great location, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen to make breakfast and lunch. Nice owners who always responded promptly to any of our questions. We really appreciated the 1 hour early check-in so we could watch the football game starting at 2:30!

Great Location
Perfect location right next to the river with an easy private entrance. Nice to have extra tubes if needed and air pump. Only complaint would be the lack of blankets.

Comal River Condos
Location is wonderful, friendly neighbors including 30 deer that roam freely in the neighborhood. Close to downtown restaurants, shopping and a short drive to all other ammenities. Landlords are fantastic.

Best location, pics don't do it justice. Managers were amazing. Very Clean. We were sad to go. As you drive into the condo you see so many deer. What a great place. We have already let our friends know this is the place to stay.

The property had thick dust on fans, dishes were dirty, refrigerator was dirty and left over condiment from previous visitors, half used jars of food,. Pot holders had food on them. The bathrooms were very clean. When I spoke to owner he informed me it was clean enough by his standards and if I did not meet my standards I could leave.

Best Location in New Braunfels!
By far the best place to stay in New Braunfels if you want right on the Comal River. Easy access to the condo, easy to walk down to the river and float as your leisure, and gorgeous views. We loved our stay and the family had a blast walking across the river to Schlitterbahn Park. We enjoyed the evenings sitting by the river and watching people float by. We will definitely stay here again. Property owners were fantastic, easy to work with, and easy to reach with any questions. We loved it!

Great location and amenities!
The property was in a great location right on the water across from Schlitterbahn. The property owners were prompt in their responses and thoughtful in the things they left for guests to use on the premises. The beds in the rooms are comfy, though the pullout was a little thin, but that's to be expected. Overall, great experience and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Great condo on the Comal river.
Condo was roomy, comfortable and in a great location! The ability to walk down stairs and maybe 50 yards to the river is awesome. I think we floated around 1hr to the end and then it was around a 15 min walk to get back to the condo. I know others that walked to the chute and then got out right at the condo as well. It was also really cool to be able to look out your window and see people floating down the river all day. I really liked that the owner made the washer/dryer available with detergent. It was nice to ensure we had some clean/dry towels available. One thing I will say for Schitterbahn is I think you need to have your band to be able to use that entrance to come and go. If you plan to wade across the river, get your band first so that you can then take advantage of it. Condo is very close to Greune and the Gristmill. Lots of other places around as well. I honestly can't say anything negative about the condo or the location of it.

Perfect Location!
This was our first time to come and float the Comal River. It was so much fun and the condo was perfect! Very clean and nicely decorated. You are right on the river. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with and provided lots of info to assist us in our stay.

My family and I stayed in this condo for a mini summer vacation and it absolutely met expectations. The condo was clean, very well maintained, and in a great location. The owners have made many amenities available for your use plus a few games and tubes in case you forgot your own. We would definitely consider this place in the future.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location!
The condo was very nice with a great view and access to the Comal River. Our only plan for the weekend was to relax, and this provided the perfect place to do so. The close proximity to the river allowed us to float in the water as long as we wanted, and then go inside for lunch/snack breaks. The property is also located directly across the river from Schlitterbahn with stairs to access the water park. We did not visit the park, but I could see how it would be extremely convenient for families who do want to go for the day. The owners of this property have gone above and beyond to provide anything you might possibly need to make your trip more enjoyable including lawn games and water floats. I highly recommend this property, and hope to be able to visit again soon!
