toilet was NO flushing, called the service desk, I was told to go get a plunger to fix it my self. I asked for towels for the 2nd day, the front desk lady demanded that I bring the dirty towels, when ITS the housekeeping job to replace towels

Room had been torn up by past guests and was in disrepair. Many patches needed in the walls, and basic things like clothing hooks, nightstands, or a clock were missing. One of the lights didn't work.
Would not recommend.

my wife, my daughter and I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night because our room was infested with cockroaches... the person in charge did nothing... he just told us that we will contact the manager the next morning
