Great location
Five women spent the weekend! The condo was clean and very comfortable! We were visiting a local friend and the location was close to her place. The space was open and plenty of seating for our visit! The outdoor patio is lovely and again with plenty of seating! We all agreed we’d like to make this an annual gathering!

Perfect place to stay if seeing a show at Gruene Hall. No need to drive, easy walk to Gruene Hall, restaurants, and shopping. Great patio for morning coffee or afternoon beers

Great location for concerts at Gruene Hall

PERFECT LOCATION
I have always wanted to stay in these condos. Right on the river and walking distance to all the fun places Gruene has to offer. Was pleasantly surprised to find the TV was a smart TV so I really didn’t need to bring my Roku. Kitchen was missing a cutting board and strainer, but had everything else we needed.

Yearly Family Getaway
Our family comes to Gruene at least once a year to enjoy the town and the river. This location is perfect. The condo is great for a family -master on one side and 2 bedrooms on the other. 2 full baths and a washer and dryer. In addition great patio in which we enjoyed while drinking our morning coffee and afternoon wine. Looking forward to next year.

We stayed there with our grown children and their significant others and we absolutely loved it. The location is so convenient to everything you need. We cooked several times and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Elisa was super responsive and easy to work with! Highly recommend, we will be back!

Great location and clean!
We loved our stay! The patio was so nice and the condo was immaculate. So well kept and clean! Pool and parking spot are super close. Our only complaint is that the listing shows that there are queen beds in the rooms when they are actually full/double size. This made sleeping a bit tight/uncomfortable as we are used to and expected Queen size.

This was my second time renting this property and it did not disappoint. Very clean and quiet even though it is just a short walk to downtown and all the shopping, restaurants and live entertainment. Awesome place to stay. We will definitely be back.

I have to say this property was super clean. The location is also perfect in Gruene. I wish the owner would replace the outdoor ceiling fans and fix the balcony rail holes, but the host was very responsive when I messaged them. Apparently another location was rented to an adult who allowed their kids to use the property, they were very loud early in the morning. The host handled it quickly and I appreciated that. This is why I have the property five stars. It wasn’t this host that messed up. We all know kids go to float the River it happens. Honestly the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in, loved it. I would stay again! There is a lot to be said for perfect location and clean property!

Problem with Lock
We weren't given directions on how to lock the door. When we were leaving for dinner at 8:30pm - ish on Friday 9/9 we called the owners and they sounded drunk and acted like they didn't care and were really rude. Other than that ONE thing it was wonderful. ALSO: consider power washing the ceiling in the balcony and purchasing 4 new fans and it would have made a 5 star review across the board.

I apologize for the lock difficulty. There are detailed directions in the hospitality section of VRBO on how to lock and unlock the door. You are mistaken in your interpretation of our frustration in trying to describe the locking steps to you and your guest. The lock will “lock up” if the wrong number is entered too many times and needs several minutes to reset (which was the state of the lock when we communicated with you). The back porch maintenance is on our list to do this fall.
