"I loved that they were so friendly at check-in. Jennifer was so good with my dogs and making us feel welcome. They each got treats. That special touch goes a long way. The accommodations were excellent. The whole place is decorated nicely. The outdoor area is very comfortable to sit and enjoy the night sky and breeze. The breakfast was awesome! "The place is a unique 3 story Craftsman Style house with a beautiful view of the lake. We had a cheerful reception from two fluffy dogs and our host Fredrick who helped us with our luggage to the room. It came with a Kitchen that had all the appliances for a longer stay, including a washer and dryer. They provided a Continental Breakfast with a good selection of meats, cheeses, breads and pastries. Our host Barbra was helpful with sharing her tips on cooking and places to go in the area. "

"We booked a 2 bedroom suite unit that included 2 kings beds and a pullout sofa with a living room and kitchen area. The unit we were given was 1 basic room with 2 double beds. The host, who up until this point had been VERY responsive, suddenly had an emergency and couldn’t help us. We were a group of 4 adult females, and didn’t feel safe about this situation. We felt like this was all a scam and not sure who had access to our room. We left the room and called Vrbo customer service immediately...
