"This was our first time in St. Martin. I fell in love with the pictures of this unit. The pictures cannot capture how wonderful this place is. The unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. But the VIEW!!!! Oh my gosh!!! The view from the balcony and the private terrace cannot be described!!!! Absolutely breathtaking!!!! The pools were fantastic. Our own private beach! "This property is simply stunning. Very clean. Safe area. Walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and the beach, however we did rent a car. Property manager Stacey was amazing. The pictures are spot on for this property and we are booking again in the coming months! I was a little worried that sometimes you aren’t sure what you are booking but this was amazingly perfect. Can’t wait to go back!"

"The location and condo were fabulous. Close to great shopping and food. Fat Tony's is a must. The only downside was the elevator not working. It made getting in and out of the condo extremely difficult, especially for my husband. Being able to get gold cart service to Kalatua at Mullet was an unexpected surprise. All in all a great stay at what we have found to be our favorite part of the island."

"The A/C did not work properly, and the room smelled of cat urine. We needed to go to the local supermarket to buy air freshener and candles as the smell was so unbearable it caused me a headed. There were cats all around the property. "

"What an amazing view!! Short walk to market, restaurant, beach, casino. Loved the balcony pool. I was a little disappointed with Smart Vacation shopping service. They shopped a very expensive store as compared to market prices in town. Would not recommend using. Taxi service is reasonable and friendly for our trips around island. Hope to be back!!"

"Nice property. Grounds and pool maintained. Stayed for 2 weeks. We do cook meals at least half the time and found the kitchen could use some necessities like cups and bowls. Also, living room furniture is lacking seating and current furniture is uncomfortable. Other than that it would be nice if each bedroom had a TV. We will return."

"The Cliff Penthouse is so incredible beautiful that we found it difficult to leave the property to do anything else on the island! Plenty of room to roam, and with lots of friends/family staying with us, we loved having different gathering spaces. Gorgeous views, the grounds were immaculate, and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We had some issues with plumbing and addressed the same with the management. Property host was very quick to respond. We would love to come back again."

"This villa is the perfect home base for exploring St Martin - very clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's even better than the pictures! The view is unbelievably beautiful, with huge sliding screen doors that open directly onto the beach. We spent every night out on the terrace enjoying the warm air and peaceful privacy.
