Beautiful remodeled One Bed Townhouse located on the quiet sound side of Navarre Beach. Walking distance from the sound side beach (150 yards).
Walking distance from the Gulf of Mexico (Navarre Beach about 300 yards). Complex has a nice size community pool and Town Home is located close to the Navarre fishing pier, Juana's and Andy D’s Restaurant. Multiple public main beach access points at the top of the street. The Famous Opal Beach is a short ride along the scenic Hwy. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals and a blender for Happy Hour Cocktails on the Deck. Bedroom has full king with luxury bedding. Sleeps 5 with Window Bed and Pull out Queen Sofa Bed In Common Area.

Short and Sweet Stay
The property was clean and well maintained. The location made it an easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The space is small. As a family of 3, it was a bit tight especially with the size of the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom that could be used to get ready (hair/ makeup) would have made a world of difference.

The unit was clean and well kept. It was attractive and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equpped (even provided coffee for the Keurig) and bed was comfortable. A/C worked well and kept us cool. Unlike many rental, sofa was comfortable and furniture of good quality. There were some challenges. Bathroom is on second floor with bedroom. Stairs to get there are very steep and narrow. I lost about a half inch of my scalp coming down the stairs the first time, so if you're tall, beware. If you're young and ambitious, you can walk to the nearest real beach, but it's easier to drive or ride a bike. There are many beaches and parking is free everywhere. Pool is right outside the front door and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Owners were very good about providing info and answering questions. One more thing, television is streaming via T-Mobile internet which happens to be what we have at home. To watch live TV, you'll need access to a streaming service like YouTube TV or HULU. It worked great.

Wonderful stay and wonderful hosts!
My husband and I decided to head back to Navarre for our 15th wedding anniversary. We already knew we loved the area, but it was unusual for us to be traveling without children or friends. We found this listing and thought it would be a great fit and it was! This property was VERY clean, laid out wonderfully, all the kitchen essentials you would need, plenty of closet/dresser space, and even games for rainy afternoons. We loved sitting on the front porch and the beach is only a short walk. The host were very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. We look forward to staying in this perfect home away from home again one day!

My wife and I LOVED this place. Very "cozy", as noted. The landlords were great! We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. Two items of note: 1) TV is "streaming"; no cable or satellite. There's still plenty to view, but be mindful of this. 2) Bedroom and bathroom are on the 3rd floor, and the stairs up are somewhat narrow, but were still plenty adequate for us.

The hosts Mark and Dianne are absolutely amazing people! They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of during your stay. The townhome was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in and the location is perfect. Super quiet area and a great pool for use if you don’t feel like hitting the beach.

Only thing I found that I had a problem was, bathroom window… bottom half I love peel stain glass, top need option of maybe a shutter to close… when standing drying hair n makeup the sun is beaming right in, makes it hard to see in mirror… but I went and sat on bed and done that cause I couldn’t see… not big deal tho…thanks for an easy getaway

The location for us was really great! The unit is pretty small, but we knew that going into it already so we weren't disappointed about the size. The downstairs gets arctic cold but the upper bedroom is significantly warmer, so keep that in mind when setting thermostat. The only real complaint we have is the cleaning crew. When we arrived, we had to search for toilet paper as there wasn't any put on the toilet paper reel, the toilet scrub brush was left sitting in the sink (glad we don't wash our faces in the sink) and there was a pair of dirty women's panties poking out from under the bed that I refused to touch. Other than that it was a quiet nice stay!
