I reviewed on yelp as well to summarize do not book a handicap accessible room if youre disabled in any way, its simply not safe enough. Possible black mold, holes in furniture, holes in duvet covers, cookies and trash underneath bed, missing shelves in medicine cabinet, little to no storage in room. Was mad to look nice but only surface level , also wifi didnt work the entire time preventing me from important buisness. 42$ valet is ridiculous, as well as parking around the area 30$ for an entire night . Bar is closed monday and Tuesday so be prepared to walk or drive ay least half a mile if not more if you want a night cap. All the bath fixtures were loose(spouts etc) . To say i was disappointed would be an understatement . Id say this hotel is more like a 2-2.5 star hotel not a 3 star.. the drails are simply not there for me to rate it any higher.

Did not like bed next to air, a foot away from bed, not conducive to good sleep. Bed uncomfortable and pillow flat. Valet was also very time consuming, staff not helpful when valet could not be found. Ended up getting our own car from garage .

The valet fee is exorbitant and they know they can charge it because parking near there is very expensive. We had to wait an hour later than the expected time for check in. Staff was super friendly but it seemed like valet service was understaffed and maybe cleaning staff was as well. I hate to say it but I can’t stand when you have to request housekeeping. Why did that become optional in so many locations. Geez. Tons of roads being torn up in the immediate area so it makes getting a road more complex than it should be. Wasn’t bad but kind of wrecked the ambiance.

Location terrible if you want close to Broadway, construction with road blocks made it difficult to get an Uber, street and construction noise starts up at 7:00 am, continental breakfast had no orange juice, only cereal, oatmeal, and bagels, parking per night charge. Loud construction across the street starting early in the morning. There were gunshots in the street at 2:30am one night and ambulances. I realize this is out of the hotels control but it left us feeling unsafe and the front desk wouldn’t speak about it and tried to pretend like nothing happened. Breakfast was extremely limited (ie bagels). Rooms were not cleaned once during our stay and we found some gross things in the room upon arrival. Rooms were spacious which was nice but overall it was not a good experience.

The hotel was very noisy due to construction going on outside which started 6.30am. The breakfast was very limited if you can call it breakfast. It was 30minutes walk into downtown which we knew. The daily parking was expensive $42 per day which should of had $15 dollars off per day per room still trying to sort that out with hotel!

Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get checked in and the front desk worker kept fussing at everyone to stayed spaced out in line even though there was 8 people waiting in front of me, there was only one worker at the front desk. She let a person cut in front of me to check them in first after waiting 30 minutes. They will not let you opt out of valet parking. It was $42 a night which is absurd. I was also not aware that there was a required valet and fee till we got there to check in. There was a lot of construction around the hotel and made it difficult to maneuver around.

Hotel has an extremely overpriced Valet service ($42!), which is misleadingly described as ‘parking available’ on Expedia. Breakfast was of poor quality and limited choice, and the breakfast staff was rude in answering the simplest questions. If you like to sleep past 7am this is not the hotel for you as roadworks right in front will wake you up at 6.30.

The hotel is a good, clean hotel at a good price point. It is slightly dated and could use new pillows and mattresses. But overall solid. The unfortunate part at present is the construction surrounding the property - the machines started up before 6am. Nothing the hotel can do about it, but you might ask before booking about the current construction. As far as valet fees, all the hotels around here charge them.

The bed was comfortable, except the A/C was loud and blew right onto the bed. Water was not given- they charged $8/ btl. for the Fiji water on the desk. The 1 bar of soap was tiny, and we never had our room cleaned, on our 3 night stay, even though we requested that. The room was loud- you could hear people coming in until the wee hours of the morning. The pipes were loud, too. It was a lousy experience, especially with what we paid.

The lobby is cute, the location is nice, and the staff are pleasant. Those are the only nice things I have to say about this hotel. The room was musty. There is no fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner is way too loud. The walls and windows are extremely thin. I can hear EVERYTHING going on outside and in the other rooms (including explicit activities). I can hear every single person who comes to get ice. The walls in the bathroom are filthy! The wall near the desk in the room is dented. The drain in the bathroom sink is rusted. The shower head is not properly attached to the wall. The fitted sheet on one of the beds has a hole in it. There were only two Kleenex in the box. The paint on the bathroom door is peeling. Breakfast is a joke! The room does not have a microwave. I don’t want to go to the front lobby just to warm my food. This has been a terrible three night stay. I will be checking out bright and early in the morning and I will not be returning to this hotel. Again, this review has nothing to do with the staff. They were awesome! For travelers who are not familiar with the area, be aware that there is construction taking place Monday-Friday that keeps everyone in the front rooms awake.
