Property was exceptionally clean. The noise level was loud with emergency vehicles and helicopter pad being across the street at Vanderbilt Hospital. Really enjoyed the walkable neighborhoods and Vanderbilt Campus.

While the beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect, the unit was “tired” and needed upgrading! The couch was horrible( needs replacing!) not enough chairs for four people, the carpets were disgusting, the balcony chairs were very uncomfortable, the pool and patio lights were on 24/7, the internet was sketchy, and there was no Chromcast to stream Tv. We contacted Sonder and were assured that they would find a solution and call back. Didn’t happen!

I really liked the location of this property. The only problem I had was the lack of cleanliness. My kitchen was disgusting thankfully I had no need to cook. There was also trash in the bedroom. Phone charger and glasses case were left. We traveled with friends and their room was perfectly clean. So I don’t think it’s a normal occurrence.

Very clean and easy to get to other places. The bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable to the point where I couldn’t walk around much for two days because my back was in so much pain after the first night. It was a complete rock so I ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa which was slightly less uncomfortable.

Overall a good place to stay room was clean with the exception of a towel or two but smelled very clean and looked the part. The room wasn’t what was shown in the pictures but it was still a great room. The location is in the middle of so many shops and restaurants which was great. The main issue was the noise you get used to it after a while but there were workers near the balcony as early as 2am one day. Also there’s a club across the street that was pretty loud as well. I know these are things out of the property’s control but just making sure it’s known how noisy it can be.

The property was a great location for us. It is located between Belmont University and Vanderbilt. It's two miles from Broadway which we walked to and felt safe doing so. The street it's on has food and boutiques which was convenient. The building was secure with needing codes to get into the stairwell, elevator and apartment. The downside is that it was loud. Our apartment faced the parking garage and we would be woken up in the middle of the night by the dumpsters getting emptied. There didn't seem to be much sound proofing as we could hear others in the apartments around us.

Not enough towels but we managed with a washer and dryer in the unit. Some wear and tear over the past 4 years esp around the shower tiled area. It was not clear who to contact and where to go for clean linens. The unit location is great and walkable to shops and restaurants. Apt stay adds to convenience for sure vs hotels.

Good location. Newer apartment. Parking in the building. However, it took a while for them to deliver clean hand towels and a bed sheet. Drain in the bathroom sink was very slow. It’s hard when you don’t have an on-site concierge. Rates were good though.

I asked for 2 extra chairs for balcony and was told there wasn’t enough space however there was plenty we booked for 4 people and wouldn’t accommodate us also only 2 small frying pans 2 steak knives not even a bowl there to make a salad the kitchen was very poorly stocked

The location of this property was perfect! Walkable to both Belmont and Vanderbilt and since we were there for college tours this was great. Plenty of cute shops and restaurants close by and it was an easy 5-10 minute drive to Broadway and other local hot spots. The property itself had a couple things that made it feel a little less than desirable. First of all the common areas such as the hallways were dirty and in serious need of vacuuming and carpet cleaning. The walls were dingy and the lighting was dark. Made me nervous when we first arrived that the apartment itself would be dirty. I was relieved when we walked in and everything seemed relatively clean minus the carpeting in both of the bedrooms.... definitely needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced! Otherwise the kitchen was reasonably stocked and it was nice to have laundry right inside the unit. We noticed that we didn't have any wash cloths or hand towels but when we reached out to Sonder, someone was there within a few hours so that was helpful. The reviews regarding the noise were spot on. The elevator noise was extremely loud as well as the noise from the street but we were expecting that with being a city location. Definitely bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. We would probably stay here again and we for sure would stay again if some gentle TLC was given to the hallways in the common areas and the carpet in the bedrooms.

Super easy to check in the property, clear instructions, the room was very clean which I appreciated. Loved that washer and dryer was available. Wish we had a better room view though because having the sunlight in the room would’ve been nice but our view was the back parking lot which made it awkward to open the blinds without people seeing you.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect for us when we have appointments at Vanderbilt Medical. The clinic is a super easy five minute walk! What a relief to be able to leave our car in a secure parking garage and walk to the Medical Center and any of the huge variety of shops and restaurants. There is even a Kroger a half mile away. The lodging was very good (comfortable if not luxurious), but the biggest thing to us was location!

Great property, will be staying in the future. Location away from downtown was perfect. Enjoyed the quietness till last evening when a bunch of spring breakers arrived, but they were all very nice and respectful. Great property!

I loved staying here. I walked downtown almost every day to see live music on Broadway, at the Ryman, and at Bridgestone Arena. I attended several events at Vanderbilt (free). It was just so conveniently located to so many things. The property itself was just like being in an apartment. I cooked; I did my laundry; and I chilled on the couch to read or watch TV. It was just like being at home. Sonder 21 provided me with the perfect balance of being a tourist and being a resident. I can't wait to come back again.

The property was very clean, secure. Loved having the kitchen and laundry for pur use. The kitchen had the bare minimum for cooking materials. Sadly the elevator was not working so we to carry our luggage up 2 flights. No recycling

Great location, a little disappointing
Great location for a conference at Belmont’s Fisher Center. Convenient to several restaurants you could walk to including a gas station. Washer/dryer in unit was a bonus. Accommodations were just ok. The vertical blinds in the bedroom were in poor shape, with a couple falling out compromising privacy. A few light bulbs were burnt out in the bedroom fixture making it dim. Bathroom sink did not drain well at all. Shower had no place to put shampoo soap etc. except on the ground. Water pressure was not great. Parking was not included as with most hotels in the Nashville area. Overall, great location, ok accommodations, competitively priced less that most nice hotels. Just wish accommodations were nicer.

This was a super easy stay. Conveniently located in the middle of adorable Hillsboro Village and close to my work. Only issue with great location is noise, but that's not the property's fault. The only reason it got a 4/5 from me is that while the property is newish with finishes, it felt a little lived in/beat up with lose fixtures, some stains on the fabrics and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. All that to say, you can't beat the quality you get for the price point in my opinion.

Will not be booking with Sonders again, place was nice, but to many issues. 1st, no remotes for the TV, when i asked for 1, took 24hrs, then once I received the remote, it wasn't programmed with the TV, either that or batteries were dead. So, no TV for the whole trip, and I'm someone that likes to watch something after a day of out & about. Next issue, no hair dryer, so my wife had to go next door to borrow theirs. Another issue, missing blinds in our bedroom and 1 missing blind in the living room, and last 1, after coming back from dinner 1 night, stove was left on, we don't know how that happen since we didn't even use it and was never really around it. It was the same night we finally received our TV remote, so maybe the person accidently grazed it, I don't know.
