"The biggest takeaway that was most worthy of mentioning was not a thing, but a person. The staff at the reception desk was amazing! Ms Tommi was a sheer delight. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor showed she truly enjoyed people and her job. We just happened to arrive when the building was secured by the Fire Department, due to a suspected fire alarm. Although we were unable to get to our rooms right away. It became pleasurable to watch Ms Tommi handle some “not so understanding” guests. She...

"Great views of Vanderbilt U. Adjacent to Chili’s and across the street behind is a Martins BBQ place… ery good food. Our room faced Vandy…occasional street noise and copter flyovers. But not bothersome. Kitchen with cooktop , microwave, frig/frezeer and dishwasher. Ok breakfast included. Lots of choices. Only complaint…the Icemaker is LOUD when the ice crashes …. Turn off by raising the metal bar up. Do that before bed! Parking in underground garage or by valet…not free"

"Property was close to the airport with a nice restaurant and pool area. Perfect for end of trip stay. The property itself did have a few things to work on, 1st being the shower water pressure which for anyone with long hair knows it can be tedious and frustrating when trying to wash soup our of long hair. 2nd was the dirty curtains in our room. They had sauce or something smugded on them. 3rd was the clumps of hair in the bathroom - saw a few which was a bit skeevey. "

"Great location! Walking distance to Broadway bars and Country Music Hall of Fame. Accommodations are standard and what I expected. Overall definitely recommend!"
