We arrived shortly after 4PM. The staff informed us our room was not ready, and told us to wait about half an hour. We waited, called, and still we had to wait another half hour. We ended up waiting for around an hour, and didn’t get our rooms until 5:30PM.

The room was not clean and when staying two days room service never came to clean up and provide new towels. We paid 500 a night. You would expect simple gestures for hospitality, such as making sure room was cleaned and prepared each day.

It’s a good location. The staff is reasonably friendly…,, not overly so. My room didn’t have any blinds in the window, just an opaque screen. I didn’t know this until I was going to bed, so I didn’t ask to be moved. Had to awaken with the dawn.🙄 Then the next morning, an employee walked into the room and the DO NOT DISTURB hang tag was on the door handle. Good thing I was dressed. Reported this to the manager who seemed to be very concerned.

My stay was horrible! The room was dirty. Then after my stay i was told about about the cost to park in the hotel lot. 25.00 a night is ridiculous to begin with, then not even told that there would be a charge!

Was given a room with a faulty toilet. Staff acted with no sense of urgency and manager wasn’t much help either. Cut my losses and continued on to next stop. Would NOT recommend this property unless desperate.

Tiffany, it's unfortunate to hear about your experience and we regret that it fell below expectations. The houseman was on his way to take care of your issue after he finished his other room calls. The manager took it upon himself to answer the call when you went to the desk screaming about no service. Less than 10 minutes had passed since you put the call in for a clogged toilet. We let you check out with no charge as you wanted to continue to Little Rock and took your feelings into account. We will continue to give grace to people that are upset after driving 16 hours. Please stay safe in your future travels and sorry again about someone not getting to your room faster than expected.

The drapes in my room were damaged and the property maintenance guy didn't repair them in time before I ended up checking out. Plus my credit card was overcharged, which I will dispute. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

After checking out it takes your bank or credit card company with all hotels 3-5 business days to release these incidental holds. Again, the hotel is here for you and will work with you to resolve this issue.

Good location but our room (120) was at the rear of the hotel and it was very loud during the night with 3 garbage trucks emptying dumpsters at 3:30-4:00 am and again about 45 minutes later

Not Quiet at all
Hotel was nice and reasonably priced. Room was clean but lights were not working well. Unfortunately some rude guests came in and made a lot of noise for two hours at 12:30 in the morning. Children slamming doors all the time. Disturbed sleep and I am sure the entire floor. Not the hotels fault but I would think management would step in and enforce quiet hours. It was ridiculous!

Walkable to bars on Music Row and several eateries (recommend The Row for good eats directly next to hotel). Bus stop at the corner of hotel parking lot takes you downtown for two bucks. Clean room and nice enough bathroom with good water pressure. Comfy pillows and mattresses. Will stay again when I come back.
