The property is nice, average. I liked the daily cocktails in the afternoon.
The reason I rated this hotel low is due to the fact that they charge for storage - 3$ per piece of luggage (in cash only) on the day of check in and the day of check out. Their excuse was a small storage room, but in both days that we paid - we were the only stored luggage in a huge room.
This ruined the stay for us,

Very comfortable beds, very clean. 2 free happy hour drinks were a nice unexpected bonus. We stayed 6 days, breakfast was always delicious, with many choices. Coffee was great too. The pool was nice, very clean, quiet and relaxing 😎.

Nice accommodations within a 10-15 min drive to Lower Broadway district. Free gated parking plus $20 per person per day all you can ride shuttle to and from Broadway and 7th. Nice outdoor pool area and daily happy hour from 5-7 pm. All and all a pleasant stay!

The ladies at the front desk are so nice and helpful. Room service is hit or miss. Not walkable for dining options.
Hotel is showing its age and could use some updates,
Strangest thing was how high the bed in the room is. The top of the bed was at waist height so had to jump up onto the bed

After I booked the hotel I read the reviews which were horrible. I almost canceled based on those bad reviews. I’m really happy with the hotel and the hotel staff. I will definitely stay again if I come to Nashville. It was definitely worth it. They accommodated all my requests and I was impressed with the two free drinks daily at Happy Hour. You can’t make everyone happy and I’m not saying this is a 5 star hotel but the cost, location and amenities were perfect for me.

The air conditioner didn’t work, our room stayed at 77 degrees both days. The shower was not very clean. We were looking forward to the hot tub, unfortunately, it was pretty gross. We will stay elsewhere next time we visit.

This hotel was in a great location! The room was clean and staff was super friendly! My only complaint was the bed. If you’ve ever been in prison I’m sure the mattress was probably more comfortable there. If you’re looking for somewhere to shower, get ready, and conveniently located to everything, this is it! Maybe just not the most convenient for a good nights rest!

I loved how the property was surounded by the pool and very pretty landscaping! The room was your average hotel room but was very nice! My husband was excited about the size of the tv haha overall a great stay!

I really liked that no one could drive into the guest parking lot unless they had a code for the gate. You get the code at check in. It made it very secure.
