Napa Wine Country Retreat in Silverado

Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the exclusive Silverado Complex in Napa Valley! Our unit boasts a prime location, with access to great amenities like restaurants, a pool, a coffee shop, and a cute grocery store. It's just a short walk to the Mansion and is conveniently located near Napa downtown and restaurants. Our brand new unit has hardwood floors and is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $250/pet/night, which must be paid via Paypal prior to check-in. Please make sure to follow the pet rules by keeping your pet clean inside the unit and not allowing them on the bed. The unit has a fridge, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine for longer stays, as well as a laundry facility only 500ft away. The pool is now open for use, and you'll have a private patio to relax on with a glass of Napa's delicious wine. You'll receive a code to access the front door for easy check-in and check-out, and a concierge service is available by phone for any questions you may have. Napa Valley is best explored by car, and there are many different wine tours and bike rentals available in the area. We hope you have a wonderful stay and make a difference by supporting the "Trees For The Future" charity, as we donate $10 (the equivalent of 40 trees!) for every booking.

Great location but the room is very small, and all the furnishings are outdated. The room needs a remodel. The owner is communicative and responsive, however we would have preferred instructions and information in the app than several texts and emails. We had to ask for the wifi name/pw, etc.

Slippery when wet! BEWARE!
The toilet leaked in the back making the bathroom floor very slippery and dangerous. The shower has no slip protection on the bottom of the tub. My wife fell in the shower. Had to go to the doctor today. Very dangerous. The instructions that came with the room were full of instructions threatening fines and extra charges if not followed exactly. BEWARE..

Disappointed
I was disappointed when I arrived and didn’t find any towels. I thought I must have missed something but I found one towel and then went out with my colleagues for dinner. When I came back, the towels were in my room?? If this is a VRBO I didn’t expect people to be coming and going after I entered. The TV remote is whacky and the TV itself does not have a power button on it so it took me about 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong and then several attempts thereafter just to get the TV on. Last night it seemed the air conditioner just decided to stop working but would loudly attempt to turn off and on. This was my first time doing a VRBO and I don’t think I’ll do it again.
