Unpleasant and costly
This ad was misleading (hidden costs buried in the “about” paragraph and the checking process was unnecessarily complicated and the manager was difficult and caustic.

Do not stay here-problem with access, smoke detectors, racism
The electronic lock wasn’t working when we arrived. We called, emailed, sent text to owner and property manager. We sat in our car over an hour waiting to get in after a long drive. It sounds like it’s an ongoing issues that never really gets addressed. Every time we left property, we had challenges getting back in. We also had microaggressive experiences with neighbors in the complex that were racist. I am guessing they may be owners or friends of the unit owner, because as soon as they saw us walking our small maltipoo dog, we got an email from the owner saying we would be fined. We had indicated on our reservation we would have a small dog and the property was dog friendly. Apparently not for gay people of color. We stayed a couple of times in the main area of this complex before and never had problems. All around there were problems with the unit. I followed up with property management multiple times asking for compensation due to repeatedly getting locked out and the smoke alarms keeping us up all night. They kept saying they were looking into it. Shockingly, we never heard back. I recommend you do not stay at this unit, ever.

Napa Getaway
I will do my best to be fair with the review. Price was in line and communication was excellent. The neighborhood is very nice and having a golf course view while not necessary, was better than looking at a neighbors fence. Ground floor location was great as was the covered parking spot. Pretty convenient to downtown Napa - maybe 10 minutes and very convenient to the golf course. Listing states one and a half baths - but there was just one. To be honest the unit is a bit dated - comfortable, but dated. Tile in bathroom is pretty dirty and the air filter left of the bathroom sink hasn't been changed in a very long time. We would stay here again but would hope the unit gets a little TLC.

Relaxing Getaway with a View
This condo was a perfect getaway for us. We had a spectacular view of the golf course, a nice patio with lounge chairs to stretch out and relax, and a swimming pool that was right across the street. There's a nice walking path all around the property and some terrific restaurants nearby. The condo had everything we needed.

Beautiful Resort
Had a short weekend getaway. Didn't see too much of the property but looked like a fantastic golf course, lots of pools and nice grounds to walk around. Great having a Starbucks on site with the breakfast sandwiches / options to start the day. The condo was as expected/advertised.

I just got back from a weekend stay here with my husband and 1year old. The condo is exactly as described and the “backyard” is a vast golf course. It feels very secure and safe. It’s beautiful to look out on. It’s very walkable as the Silverado resort is about 10 minutes up the road on foot. We walked to breakfast with my daughter and really enjoyed it. It was impeccably clean, the linens were high end hotel quality & the interior design was welcoming and well done. I will definitely be staying here for my next Napa stay. Also, Bri was our contact for our stay and she checked in the day we arrived and after thr first night, I felt that very nice.

We just sold our house at Silverado and wanted to stay a few days at the resort to relax. The condo is in a nice location and the bed is comfortable. The condo needs repairs and there is minimal kitchen cooking equipment - not enough pots/pans to cook a simple meal. As long as you want to eat out, it should be ok. Very weird small dishwasher. No dishwashing soap, no sponge, no dish brush, so difficult to clean. We emailed and called the property manager, but heard nothing back. We were going to stay for five days, but only stayed three. To be fair, part of the reason was the smoke from the nearby fires, And no refund of course. Unsatisfactory to say the least.

What a wonderful unit Located next to the next pool. Nicely updated, I would have given it 5 stars however my husband and I found the bed uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Besides that it was perfect!
