Cozy and homey. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean. Great location. Breakfast was great. Cookies in the evening were delicious. Coffee, teas, hot chocolate and water available 24/7 in lobby which was nice. Would definitely stay here again :)

The hotel was beautiful and super close and walkable to downtown! The inn was clean and the staff was helpful. The garden was serene and well kept. Breakfast was good and at a perfect time.

Nice place to stay. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were large and clean. Only complaint is the blinds did not block out the light very well and the room was not dark for sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay, good location and nice shared space in the lobby and outside in the courtyard, good simple breakfast included. Staff was always helpful. We kept missing out on the warm cookies in the evening due to timing being when we'd be out already, but finally got a treat our last night!

Despite being a small inn, and having a room right by the lobby, our room was surprisingly quiet. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice amount of room to move around. My only complaint would be that the breakfast was disappointing. Bad coffee and mediocre food. But otherwise the staff was friendly and we had a very nice stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Elm House Inn! It was very convenient to downtown Napa. Our room was roomy and super clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful giving recommendations and directions. Daily breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Evening cookies were warm and delicious. My husband loved the endless supply of coffee!

What peaceful inn! And it was comfy. Just a short walk to downtown Napa. They offer a complimentary breakfast, with waffles and omlettes to order.The customer service was wonderful. Nice touches like small bags of ice for your cooler, and good quality coffee...I would definitely stay again.

Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Convenient location to many shops and restaurants. Hotel room was quaint and it was relatively quiet. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel downtown.

Great location -- convenient for driving _and_ walking. We were in a huge separate building and room, but for some reason they have never finished painting it since it was built/remodeled? Otherwise would be a nice 4-5 star location -- maybe other rooms are better?

Awesome stay with a great breakfast. The morning of our stay we had choices of waffles or omelets cooked to order along with fresh croissants, fruit, etc. Spent a wonderful evening at the Blue Note Jazz club located nearby

Very lovely property. Rooms were quiet. It is close to a busy intersection but we were not bothered by traffic. Husband is an early riser and would have preferred an earlier breakfast time but it was fine!

Good location. Easy to find. Close to Downtown Napa (about a 15 minute walk). The complimentary continental breakfast from 8-10am and the chocolate chip cookies from 6-7pm were a nice surprise.

I really enjoyed my stay at Elm House Inn! It was wonderfully maintained and conveniently located near several restaurants and the Blue Note Napa jazz club! Great customer service, nice breakfast, comfy bed, easy parking, and check-in/out! Highly recommended! I will definitely stay there again!

This is the third time I've stayed at the Elm House and each time has been fantastic. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the rooms are just what you need. The location is great, walking distance to all the shops, cellars, and restaurants on first street. Breakfast is great and the evening cookies are a great little treat. The outside area is great to have a glass of wine and kick back.

It is a quaint hotel, almost like a Bed & Breakfast, but with privacy. The all-female staff is friendly and efficient. The property is located in a residential area but has easy access to main roads and highways. The wineries are within 30 minutes, and shops, restaurants, theaters, and the Farmer's Market are within 10.

There was an incessant high pitched buzz coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and the vanity/closet of our room, 402 in the annex. If they fix that problem, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to friends.
