Owner double booked then cancelled last min
The day of our reservation 15 min prior to check in time they told us that they doubled booked and we wouldn’t be able to check in. We scrambled to find another spot but were going to check in the following day for the remaining two nights. Originally they had agreed to refund our entire stay due to the inconvenience. However, the following day 30 min prior to check in they said they would not refund our money. During discussions they then decided we couldn’t stay at all and cancelled our reservation!!! Owner was rude, property manager was rude. Horrible customer service, would not recommend booking here because they may cancel on you also!

Beautiful Stay in Napa
Had a few friends stay at this cozy house in Napa. It worked out well. Was clean, open, modern and had all the amenities needed including hot tub. Worth the stay and pictures are very accurate. Would stay there again!

Home is beautiful. Didn’t receive check in codes. Called 2 times and sent email to owner/caretaker. Day of arrival received info as I was pulling into driveway. Asked for late check out just an hour or 2 was not approved.

Beautiful Napa Bungalow
Gorgeous finishes in the home & a great space to relax with friends. Comfortable beds & nice bathroom amenities. Kitchen was fantastic for cooking & the propane grill also worked well. We loved the large bar & dining area. Walkable to downtown & Oxbow Market. We did not use the hot tub but the backyard is very peaceful.

We had the best time in Napa! This home was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed in a lovely, quiet neighborhood proximal to everything in town we wanted to do. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway
Great space for 2 couples to enjoy a weekend of wine tasting. The home was cosy, well appointed and beautifully decorated. It was an easy walk to downtown Napa and when we were not out, enjoyed playing bags and the hot tub.

The photos of this place made it seem much larger than it truly is. Though nice, it is not as nice as pictured. Biggest challenge was temperature. Though light and bright, the many windows and lack of carpeting make it hard to control temp. We were cold. For the price, owners could have done more. Arrived after 10 PM day 1, charged whole day, and no welcome amenity. Took advantage of festival and doubled the price plus VRBO surcharges.

Pleasant Stay
Overall, we were pleased with our stay with a few exceptions. This is a great home to share with another couple (or friend) who want to be close to wine country and near downtown Napa. Positives: Eclectic neighborhood very close to downtown (walkable) and also easy access to Napa Valley, beautiful kitchen and dining room, beds (primary bedroom was big with its own primary bathroom) and the bedding was comfortable. Negatives: the backyard was fairly unkept (and it could be a really beautiful setting) and as a previous guest noted, the sofas in the living area were brutally uncomfortable and well passed their prime as well was some of the outside furniture. The front bedroom was on a somewhat busy street so it could be tough sleeping if you are a light sleeper. Would I stay there again? Probably not....but I would still recommend it to others for a short stay.

Great place to Stay in Napa - close to it all!
We had a great stay at this very well appointed home in Napa. Just blocks from all the action. We had 2 couples stay very comfortably with plenty of space indoors and outdoors. We will look to return soon.

Cute Home Steps from Downtown
Casita Rosa was the perfect home base for my partner and another couple (all adults) for a long weekend in Wine Country! Spacious and well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor space, nice bedrooms (the master bed was especially comfortable) and large dining area. Within walking distance to the grocery store (Lucky's) and all that downtown Napa has to offer. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great house in Downtown Napa
We visited with friends and came to the area for wine tastings. The house was very well furnished with all that we needed. Everything was thought of and provided that you would need for a great vacation. Location was great and weather was nice enough for us to walk downtown for dinner options. We also cooked a great steak dinner at the house one night and enjoyed the hot tub. We only had one small problem with the thermostat that kept going back to warmer temp than we preferred. We reached out and had a quick response through VRBO and it was fixed quickly! I asked a few questions before we arrived and the response time with a reply was always very fast. I would certainly recommend this house and stay again if we are in the area!!

Wonderful place for Napa home-base
Property was clean, bright and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We didn't cook much but the cupboards seemed well supplied for cooking your own meals. Home was heated well which was a nice comfort during a colder November stay. Hot tub was a lovely bonus during the stay and could be set low enough for the kids to enjoy too. Bit of a walk into downtown but manageable. Overall great space, as described.

Retired adults that rent vrbo homes, often!
I dont like to complain. However, they do not have any comfortable furniture to sit on. Inside or out. We could not enjoy sitting together. Anywhere. Couches are awful. Need to be replaced. Our backs hurt after sitting on them. And we are in good shape. The only windows that had screens could not be opened. Most were painted shut. No screens on doors either. So on a lovely night, you can not open the house up. And have fresh air. Front two burners on the stove dont work properly. The guest room is ridiculously small. No real night stands. Showers need attention. One shower head doesnt even work. No dressers. Obviously, whoever owns this, doesnt stay here. The driveway is prone to be a problem, so narrow and round steps protruding into it, and tree trunks on the other side to maneuver around. An accident waiting to happen. The pans and kitchen accommodations, were a bit difficult to work around. But we did make it work. All in all, we 4 adults were very disappointed. Wish I could offer some positive comments.

This charming 2-bedroom home is ideally located in the heart of the town of Napa, on a quiet residential street, but just a few blocks off the Rt. 29 expressway, and only a nice 10-15 minute walk from a wide array of restaurants, bakeries, and wine bars. Kitchen is roomy, up-to-date, and well-equipped, with seating for 8+ either at the dining room table or out on the deck. Master bedroom and bath are very large. Host was very responsive and helpful in making local recommendations. The dining options in downtown Napa have expanded dramatically in recent years, and there's a lot to be said for staying in town and being an easy drive on Rt 29 to Yountville, St Helena, and other destinations

This property has been renovated, and it is amazing. From the upscale appliances to the comfortable and luxurious furnishings, this was the perfect house for our stay in Napa. It is also spacious and easily accommodated the four of us. There is a long driveway where up to two vehicles can park.

I would like to start off and say Francesca was an excellent host. Although I did not get a chance to meet her, she got back to me promptly with answers to all my questions. Checking in was flawless as we checked in at 12:30 AM. The house was immaculate the pictures does not do this house justice. The beads were comfortable tge neighborhood was quite and the house was centrally located for everything we wanted to do in Napa which definitely includes wine tasting and awesome dinners. I wish we had time to cook in the beautiful updated gourmet kitchen. We were traveling with a chef and he would have loved to cook in that kitchen. We will definitely be back and hope to be able to stay here again.

Casita Rosa is Napa perfection!
We are long time friends (2 couples in our 60s) who visit wine country very often. This is our first time at a City of Napa VRBO and we LOVED it. The location is perfect for taking long walks in the mornings and getting to diner in the evening. The house is beautifully renovated and very well appointed. We will definitely return! Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality.

The experience renting this home was easy with great communication from the owner. The home is comfortable, clean and but needs some updates/upgrades for the price we paid each night. Nothing short of amazing! It was my first time visiting Napa region and I’m so glad I chose this place. The house is unbelievably clean, beautifully designed, homey, and has everything you need. And what a great location! Francesca was very sweet to check up on us and make sure we were ok. Would definitely stay here again!
