If you enjoy historical, older facilities, this is nice. The common area was beautifully restored. Nice Happy Hour and breakfast. Hot beverages were available 24/7, along with complementary soft drinks. Nice plus. Drawback, if you like modern, this is not for you. The very small TV is in the corner of the room and not really able to view.

The property was a craftsman bungalow, which we had always wanted to stay in. Our room was comfortable and we had a nice outdoor seating area that was private. The room had a cozy fireplace and they offered a cheese and wine snack in the late afternoon. The breakfast was able and tasty. Loved all the architectural details.

Lovely well maintained Craftsman Style house. Parking behind the house. Excellent breakfast daily. Cozy room with comfy bed and outdoor patio. Wine and cheese happy hour each afternoon. So convenient to Napa downtown -walked to Oxbow Market and restaurants.

Top notch
This was a lovely property to stay at in Napa. Quiet location but right around the corner from downtown Napa which made it ideal. Beautifully appointed rooms, fireplace and patio made it spectacular. Loved the large bath.

Everyone loved their breakfast on Sunday morning, I am sorry you did not enjoy it. As we have a no smoking fee I am sorry you feel that we were rude. We do hope to have you back with us, we would love to make your next stay 110%.

Beautiful quiet place where you can walk to main street no problem. They serve you breakfast and have a complimentary happy hour at 5 with cheese and wine. Really enjoyed all the little amenities and highly recommend.

Nice property; feels like a house with bedrooms. Did NOT like the comforter. Most hotels would have the comforter in a duvet but this comforter was simply placed on our bed without any cover. It felt unsanitary and we could not use it. We ended up using bathroom towels as our blanket.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Blackbird Inn and Finch House. The location is great for walking into downtown Napa and we loved the free morning breakfast, happy hour, and afternoon cookies! Our room was cleaned daily and was a nice cozy spot to stay in.

Birthday getaway
We loved the whole experience and appreciated the walk ability to downtown. The breakfast was good and it was nice to have wine and cheese happy hour. Our receptionist suggested some great things to do to get us started. I only wish we could have had some of the cookies we smelled baking when we arrived.

We arrived, and the woman who was the host was not very welcoming. We did arrive early, but she was hostile, and did not make any recommendations in a friendly way as to where we could go what we might want to do. There was no shampoo or cream rinse in the bathroom and I had to ask for it the following day I had to ask for towels and retrieve them myself. The breakfast was terrible unripe fruit, a somewhat stale pastry everything wrapped in plastic. The room itself was comfortable and the surrounding gardens lovely. It has gone downhill from the first time I stayed there.

Our stay at the Blackbird Inn was amazing! The rooms and the lobby have so much character! So much more fun than a cookie cutter hotel. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly delicious and the wine and cheese happy hour was a nice touch. I would absolutely recommend. The only downside was there was a bit of road noise outside of our room.

We will be back!
The Blackbird Inn was a great place to stay - it was very close to downtown Napa, and it really felt like home. The breakfasts and happy hours were amazing and the home baked goods were a tasty treat! I loved our room with the walkout porch. We can't wait to come back to the Napa Valley area, and when we do we will definitely stay at the Blackbird Inn.
