We chose to stay at this hotel for a night because we have a 7 month old baby and this hotel is very kids friendly and offer many items for babies such as free diaper (5 per stay) and small lamp and pillow. The room we choose is tatami style so it’s spacious and no need to worry about baby falling off the bed. The room is big and cozy , the food is good. My overall experience in this hotel is great. However if you drive a big car like SUV, you will have to park outside, which will cost 1800 yen for one day. All in all , I like this hotel and if you are traveling with kids, I will recommend this hotel too .

A very family focused hotel. Great for those with young children - lots of amenities that are awesome for those with kids. There were other folks there like us, that weren't traveling with kids - but just an fyi for those who might not want a family themed spot. Clean and friendly hotel, a little worn in our room, but everything worked and was clean. 5 different kinds of pillows offered! (I've never seen that before). On site washer/ dryers were in high demand, so don't depend on access to them - they ran non stop day and night and we still didn't get a chance to use them. But there are some local laundrymats - we found a great one in walking distance.

子供に寄り添ったホテルだと思いました。 ここまできめ細かく行き届いたホテルはありません。 スタッフの方もとても親切で子供が居るのでベットだと落ちることが不安と言うと無料でエキストラベットを入れてベット同士をつけてくれてその上、柵まで貸してもらえました。 食事もとても豊富で美味しかったです。 食べたことが無い沖縄料理にもチャレンジできて子供にもうどんやパンケーキや離乳食まで至れり尽くせりでその上、お菓子の詰め放題。 是非、沖縄に来る時は必ずこちらのホテルに泊まりたいです。 満点でした。

モノレール牧志駅から近くて、周辺にはスカラやマツキヨ、コンビニなどがあり、居酒屋もありとても立地的には素晴らしいところです！ 客室がとても清潔でした！ コップやポットなどがあり素晴らしかった！ スタッフも子どもへの対応や体調崩して顔色悪い人、一人一人への対応がとても丁寧で助かりました。 シャンプーなどのレンタル用品が選べたり、他のレンタル用品も豊富で素晴らしいです！ 子ども連れへの対応や物が品揃え良くて、プールもありとても楽しんでました！ プール大きいところしかないと思ったけど小さい子向けのプールもあり、素晴らしいと思いました！ 一階には子ども達が遊べる広場があったり、12歳未満の子どもにチェックアウト時におもちゃ一個貰えたり、スタンプラリー？があったり、おかしのおうちのキッズ体験てきなのがあったりオムツのプレゼントがあったりと素晴らしかったです！ありとおもいました！ また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！ 十二階のレストランには今回行けなくてタイミングつくれなかったので次は行きたいです！ 今回は一泊だったけど次は二泊、三泊したいです！

가족, 특히 어린이 친화적인 숙소 중 최고입니다. 기대와 예상을 훨씬 뛰어넘었습니다. 가족 모두, 특히 아이(만4세)가 너무 좋았다고 말하네요. 2층 다다미 객실은 너무 쾌적했고, 4층 수영장도 깨끗하고 놀기 좋았고요. 호텔 위치와 12층 식당(라운지)에서의 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 무엇보다 로비 직원들의 친절하고 여유로운 응대가 가장 기억에 남습니다. 오키나와에 가면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.
