"The staff was extremely attentive - hauling our luggage from the entrance to the check in counter to the room (with no tipping of course!) - always greeted us, and there was no staff shortage. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and had a mini fridge. The ocean view was fun and memorable. The breakfast buffet also excellent. The hotel has direct access to the subway station and a 24-hour convenience store just one escalator away. A great experience overall!"

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan and I have stayed in many over the years. It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards.
