"The facility is in a beautiful location. It is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is well-trained, friendly, and accommodating. When I checked in, I did not realize that I booked a room in the "port area," which is basically rooms for people who bring their dog(s). Our room was on the 2nd floor, and it was difficult for my 91-year-old dad to go through ups and downs (The staff was willing to change our room if it was available), and we had to take a bus to get to a hot spring, also...

"Double bed context has 3 types of large beds - standard, queen and king so do state it during booking else Standard double will be issued. We topped up a little to King bed and it's such a spacious room and bathroom at 24 m2. Nice hotel at Victoria settings. Polite hotel staff. eateries, Daiso, Starbucks, Aeon are all within walking distance."

"Stayed Monday thru Thursday nights. Great location, near Trams 1 and 5, and close enough to airport bus stop. Lots of eating choices within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. Ate the hotel breakfast once; hot dishes were quite good. On the Wednesday night, experienced cigarette smoke apparently from the ventilation system, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. (There's always at least one moronic guest.)
