The place was Absolutely Stunning. Loved the Nautical Decor. The room was Spotless with soothing music playing as we entered the place. What a nice touch. Weather perfect a lot to do or nothing to do but chill by the Fire and Water. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation

Immaculate accommodations with beautiful views of the harbor and access to kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. The Nantucket cottage furnishings were modern and beachy at the same time. No disappointments here which is uncommon these days.

Impeccably appointed, beautiful ship-lapped rooms, stunning views. I grew up Summering in Stonington which is right down the road, decided to stay in mystic for a night while visiting family. These guys have nailed everything. Solo fire pits, corn hole, a/c, super super clean. Really really enjoyed this place!

Just spent the weekend here it was the most beautiful little gem in Mystic. Walking distance to downtown right on the water lots of activities right on the property. So clean the beds were so comfortable we didn’t wanna leave. Cannot wait to go back.

My 3 business partners and I stayed for one night as a quick master mind get away and had a great time. In summary, the waterfront location was excellent, the place was clean, it was easy to check in, the communication to get checked in was easy, and beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

The cottage was so nice. It was clean and beautifully decorated and what a fantastic view. Only steps from the water it was just amazing. We loved the suggesting of restaurants left in the cottage and the wine. Thank you! Best place we stayed on this trip.

Amazing stay!
Beautiful little cottage right by the water! It had everything we needed- extra towels, outdoor blankets to enjoy the sunset from our designated porch, coffee, and a comfy bed!! The retro refrigerator was a cute plus and the bathroom was beautiful. Will definitely be returning back in summertime.

Harbor view landing was a great place to stay; Specifically the Martha's Vineyard cabin! It was quiet and the farthest cabin away from the other cabins on the property. The property's private dock with included kayaks was amazing. They also had a nice seating area with firepit and wood to enjoy at night. The property is super close to downtown Mystic and also Intestate 95 to get where you need to go. The cabin was very clean and organized upon arrival; the included bottle of wine/ water bottles were a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again!

This is a truly special place. I'd have given it five stars had it not been located directly beside the Acela rail line. I didn't see any mention of this in the description or in comments and it may have made a difference in my selection. The room is beautifully decorated and windows look right at the cove, so visually it's truly a lovely place. I encountered only one staff member during my stay, which is great since he was very friendly. I received several texts from the hosts which were informative and friendly. However, the one that arrived at 7AM on the day of departure gently reminding me to leave by 11AM so they could clean the room was annoying as it woke me from a sound sleep and was unnecessary since I was well aware of the check out time. Sort of felt like "here's your hat, what's your hurry" though I doubt that was the intent. One bit of feedback on the room which was otherwise perfect - a table of some sort would be wonderful. Even a folding table that can be put away since the room is very small would have been welcome. I had breakfast in my room and brought my laptop so I could have benefitted from a place to put them. One other thing - I found the TV a bit complex. There are basic directions provided, but I still had difficulty finding what I was looking for. All in all, this was a really beautiful place. Just a few minor tweaks and it would be the perfect little get away place. I recommend giving it a try, but select a larger cottage unless traveling alone.

Very cute cottages. Clean. Good amenities (toiletries, extra paper products, fridge, wine and water, ice cubes, wine key, cutting board and knife, coffee and tea, beach towels, outside blankets, bikes). Plenty of towels. Would absolutely stay again. One thing to note is that it's on what appears to be a working waterfront (very cool), so no place to swim. Also there are train tracks right next to the cottages. They didnt bother us, but there are trains that go by. And I agree with others that thw cottages are close together. Great that they are separate buildings though. Easy walk or bike to main street, restaurants, shops.

As already mentioned, the cleanliness and amenities were very good. Great bathroom with excellent shower. The sliding glass doors overlooked the water and the periodic train going by was just great. Spacious porch with chairs and tables for relaxing. The bed was comfortable however a bit high to get in and out of. Truly loved the location.

BOOK IT!!!!!!! YOULL REGRET IT OTHERWISE.
STAY HERE! It may be pricer than the hotel room you are looking at but I promise you WILL NOT regret it. We will definitely be back. We can’t stop talking about it. All of the cottages and houses are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The house was spotless. Fridge was stocked with water. There was a nespresso machine with pods for our morning coffee.... and let me tell you there was nothing like having your morning coffee outside with a view of the water. There was a complementary bottle of wine from a local vineyard when we arrived. Everything was just 10/10. We could not be happier!!!! We have recommended Harborview to EVERYONE.

Perfect Getaway Location
The cottage was beautifully decorated in a New England coastal / beach style. Very spacious, living room and bedroom. Beautiful views on the deck outside and through the glass sliding doors. Will for sure be staying again. Amazing getaway location for couples and I’m sure larger groups in the bigger properties on site

Great New England Getaway!
Had a great stay in the Martha's Vineyard cottage, it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for myself and wife. Everything is brand new and very clean. No shortcuts taken on the little extras. The view is amazing, and the overall property is very well maintained. I will be going back. Only thing is there is no front desk,concierge etc. But i guess that is the direction of our once great service industry.
