Great stay, right on the beach. So much stuff to do here! Literally we stayed for 3 days and if we didn’t want to get out and explore, we could have never left the resort!!

While staying at the hotel for 1 night we woke up with some itching. 1 person ended having to go to the emergency room the next day as they had severe swelling from what looked like a bite/bites. After hours there, we found out they were spider bite. Not a great experience at all.

Our room was extremely outdated and the appliances were filthy. Sticky finger prints all over cabinets and microwave. Room smelled terrible, carpet was musty and stain. Hotel offers great amenities for kids such as arcade and great pools and thats the only reason we didn't leave immediately.

Rooms are a little outdated and had a musty smell but that is probably because it is right on the beach with the humid air. The cleaning between guests seems rushed through as there was a few things in the closet from the previous guest and some hair on the shower walls. Everything is very expensive on the resort but we did enjoy the entertainment every night and the pools were great. My kids had a wonderful time.

The hotel was great! Staff was so nice. Our room was comfortable had a great view of the beach. Parking wasn’t an issue at all. Lots of options for food I would absolutely stay here again!

The ocean view was magnificent! Love the room and pools, so close to beach and staff can help you with any issues, don’t be shy to ask about some nice places to visit or eat - they will give a lot of advices!

The resort has a lot of pools and hot tubs and a restaurant and a bowling alley with a game arcade and a store as well. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Located right on the beach and within walking distance of shopping and dining options.

I really liked the warm swimming pools and the hot tub. The kitchenette was nice to have. I liked that even though rooms weren't cleaned daily, the towels were changed out. The beach was nice and easily accessible. I ate at the breakfast buffet one morning and it was pricey and not very good - free breakfast in most hotels is better.

Everyone was cordial at the hotel. It was easy to check in and out. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities at the facility can’t be beat. All the pools were well maintained. Food choices were perfect. The breakfast and lunch/dinner at all the restaurants and snack bars were very good.

Enjoyed my time here , the only thing I would say that was a little annoying was the security. They had a problem with kids playing with a ball in the pool ( the ball was a foam ball). If we on are on vacation the kids should be able to enjoy themselves too! They were having a good time until security came and made it a issue.

The staff was super friendly and also professional , when we first arrived we noticed our balcony had a broken lock so we called to the front desk . Maintenance came within ten minutes and fixed it . Trash and towels were changed daily :-)

Location is great, great staff & amenities are nice . Room needs better updating. Couch cushions uneven, spring broken & dirty pillows. Paper thin walls, we could hear the next door neighbors conversation. The entrance to the room is the bedroom so if you want to go to bed before midnight the neighbors doors slamming shut can be heard & felt. Lastly, the nightly music from 7-11 at the pool bar was loud & distracting. We were on the twelfth floor & it was hard to hear the TV in the living area. We couldn’t sit on the balcony & hear the waves over the music. Some music yes it is appreciated but, not nightly. This was are third time staying & we were hoping for improvements with the room based on the reviews stating there were recent renovations completed but, we were disappointed. We will not be returning.
