Beautifully Renovated Oceanfront Condo in the Heart of North Myrtle Beach!

Welcome to North Myrtle Beach! My husband and I purchased this 3 bedroom oceanfront condo in December 2017. It has been totally renovated - new floors, paint, appliances, HVAC and furniture. The location of this condo is amazing. We are within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Main street is less than 2 blocks away! The condo is located in Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club. There are two large beautiful pools, 2 hot tubs, as well as a lighted tennis court. Our unit is on the 3rd floor, so no one is above you - we also have an elevator. Our unit has a beautiful sky light which provides lots natural light. USB Outlets in wet bar and kitchen, flat screen TV's in all rooms, Wi-Fi and expanded cable. We also have a ROKU for streaming : Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, HULU, Peacock and Paramount +. We hope you will consider vacationing in our condo! My husband and I have been renting our vacation homes for the last 13 years - we take pride in making each property that we have owned one that our guests will want to return to! Please note : Saturday to Saturday rentals in the summer. Will consider short -term monthly rentals during the off season.

Mother's Day stay with extended family.
This unit was clean and accommodated our family well. We had this unit and one other and it fit our family of 10 quite comfortably. The units are small but very efficiently designed and organized. The ocean view from this unit is spectacular and the beach there is one of the the best on the east coast. We contacted the owners for assistance on an item and they were very responsive. Overall, a great experience and we would rent again.

Fantastic Location, Very Clean, Quiet & Comfortable Mattresses
I have to say this was the cleanest condo and the best stocked of any I have rented before. The owner was very accessible with any of my questions. I am a rental property owner myself as well as I own a second home at NC beaches. I was at Myrtle for shag dancing and Liz treated us like I would treat my renters. Will definitely return.

Great Overall
Our stay was great overall and we would definitely consider staying again. The unit was quiet, clean, and well equipped, much more than we expected. The view was incredible, the pool was nice and clean and the location is just about perfect. We had a few minor issues which were either fixed or ignored due to the minimum inconvenience.1. Fridge ice maker did not work so we just bought a few bags of ice. 2. One of the dining room chairs fell apart. The hardware was loose on all chairs, so I tightened them the best I could. 3. The cable boxes were not setup properly, so we couldn't watch cable TV, however most rooms had a roku, and that sufficed. 4. The master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the unit, the sliding glass door seal seemed defective because we had a bad storm and you could hear the wind coming in 5. The fruit flies were annoying. They had traps put out, but they seemed old and dried up, we put out a DIY vinegar trap and it helped considerably. 6. The vacuum in the unit didn't initially work well, the unit had what seemed like an entire head of hair wrapped around the rollers, we cut it off and emptied the unit and it worked much better. 7. The biggest gripe for us was the parking, there is no enforcement on which spots to use. it would be really nice if there was a way to make sure no single vehicles took up the 2-vehicle spots under the units. We parked both vehicles in the other lot most nights.
