Considering the skeptical reviews. This was a good hotel. It was clean and updated to be modern. It’s in walking distance to local restaurants bars and the beach. You can’t beat it for the price

Im not sure why half the reviews straight up hated this place. My literal only complaint was the beds, they were cushy. But like super cushy and hard to lay flat on without rolling inwards. It was clean pool had normal stuff in it , some surface grass/bug here and there, like any outdoor pool. I text for sheets and towels on day 2, had them kn about 2 hours. Small kitchen hsd 2 pans, some plates silverware, everything needed really. We walked straught out to the beach, only the parking situation sucked it was like 2 one way lanes in and clearkly everyone was confused. It was hard to get in and out of.

This property should be condemned as it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not safe, clean and there is no one that works for the property onsite. We went for a soccer tournament and several families left the property for another hote as it was that bad. We were shocked it was even on the tournaments list and we shared photos of broken doors, doorknobs falling off, room locks not secure and the shoddy condition.

I knew when I booked my room that it wasn’t the best but the pictures looked decent. I read the reviews but it was basically my last resort. The pool was filthy. Condom, food, paper, ect… in the pool and on the ground. My room which was 314 did not have a lock on the sliding door. I informed the cleaning lady and she stated that it’s ok because it’s up high. Well, that’s what i interpreted because she doesn’t speak English but she was nice. There are not any tables at ALL in the room so you have to place your luggage on the small stove. The was lots of sand on the floors in the room and no broom in the room. The is not an iron or a blow dryer in the room either.

The property is not managed therefore no one monitors anything. The smell of pot so strong everywhere. The pool looked like a swamp. Absolutely no AC. It was miserable. Paid for 2 nights only stayed one couldn’t wait to get away from there!

Arrived at the property that says virtual check-in only no front desk help given a phone number no one ever answers use a QR code it sends you to a website and to another number similar situation no one answers the phone it is a virtual check-in only never received an email notice of any kind had to call the booking agent to see if they could change my booking to a different Hotel since I could not get access or any contact the booking agent tried on several occasions as well there was no response either.

This property is disgusting. There are bugs in 315, and food left in fridge. I booked a 3 bed room for my family with an ocean view which we did not get. They then put us in a two bed hotel with 4 kids and 2 adults indicating they were accommodating us. Where are my kids supposed to sleep? The pool was dirty, and the bathroom was not cleaned. Lights were burnt out. AC broken. The staff was rude and did not care that we had to stand outside waiting for them to fix their error. We drove 12 hours for this dump. I would never recommend for families.

It was really nice but disappointed when I couldn’t find a trash can. The time of check in was a little late in the day. Extra pillows would have been nice. Chairs would have been nice to sit in and the tv was stuck on Spanish and the remote didn’t work with it.

The rooms were newly renovated. We had two oceanfront rooms which were very relaxing. Easy check in. We booked same day and they texted our room codes within a few minutes. Definitely will stay again.

The pool was filthy (all weekend) piles of sand in the bottom. Beer bottles and trash on the roof. My AC did not work, but I fixed myself by power cycling via breaker. The balcony chairs were rusting apart. The balcony floor was covered in sand. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The light switch in the bathroom was behind the door. I gave it two stars: comfy beds and hot water were the only good things.

Even though good price I would never stay again
Not very good, there was nothing to clean up the sand so we ended up having to basically sleep with sand in door to the balcony does not lock. And did not like the fact there was no front desk. My reservation put me on the fourth floor was not informed of that until after I paid and had gotten there. I have bad news and there was no elevator.

No trash cans in room. No ice machine..no elevator and wasn't told that and have hard time with steps. Towels had stains on them. No one at office. Our tv wasn't working and it took few hours before someone came to fix but the guy was really nice.

With the property being at the beach it would be nice if there was a broom in the room to help keep the floors clean. Other than that the stay was very nice.

Very much disappointing
Very horrible stay when we arrived the floors where completely wet and stayed thay way the whole trip. We had to use all of the towels in our room because of it amd of course there isn't anyone on property to replenish them or so they say. The sheets on the beds were dirty the t.v was leaning, shower was dirty, they only give u 1 pot and 1 pan oh and little kid plastic ware to eat from..got in contact with hotels. Com they contacted the property someone was supposed to come clean and bring more towels never happened the guy who did come came to fix or doctor the light that was out on the balcony and stole $5 out of our room over all experience was horrible about the only good thing about it is the closeness to the beach

Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone for questions. This place doesn’t have an elevator and you’re out of your money if you’re disabled and can’t climb stairs. ADA violation for sure and you cannot request a ground floor. Unfortunately we found this out after we booked.

I loved my stay there, but there were just a few things that I wasn't a fan of. No tables to put luggages on. So my luggage was on the floor the whole time. Air conditioner unit dripping inside room. All wall plugs were on the left side of the room, none on the side of the beds and bathroom really small. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and will stay again

Do NOT book this place! It is the complete opposite of what Expedia shows! The place is a dump, garbage everywhere, cockroaches the size of a small state, I kid you not! If I could add pictures I would. I was traveling with children, the entire ordeal was a s… show. I had to book another hotel bcuz of all the issues with this place. I do my research for everything, and was duped by this! Save yourself a headache and book elsewhere

There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. The floors were filthy- sand all over them. Absolutely no water pressure at all- couldn’t even get sand off myself after going to beach. Kids yelling and screaming all night including setting off fireworks in the middle of the night. Parking is a joke- everybody parks in the lot to go to beach as it’s at the public access. No staff on site whatsoever so people can do anything they want! Only saving grace was balcony facing the ocean!
