Nice property very close to the bars and boardwalk area. Can get a little noisy at night if you are trying to get some sleep. The property is older and the rooms are a little small but they've been recently renovated and were nice and clean.

When we walked in we immediately noticed roaches. And then we realized there was less beds than advertised. We also noticed the place was dirty and hadn’t been clean. There was food on the floors, females fake nails, and other things. We took pictures and videos of everything.

This place is amazing and with such a great staff as well. They’re kind and very helpful. Checking in was super easy and the room was great. Also the location could not be better, everything is right there and the beach is so close too

We only stayed overnight, so it was tolerable. The unit smelled like marijuana when we first entered, but we got used to that. The outlets by the bed only worked if the lights directly above the bed were on. The worst thing was that the shower never got above lukewarm temperature. We never turned on the tv. Other than that, the beds were comfortable.

Property was not as fresh and clean as the picture portrayed. We heard noises from above us all night every night during our stay. Door lock combination caused a lot of issues. Needed more toilet paper. The lady that worked in housekeeping was the friendliest and most helpful. Water had very low pressure and did not get very hot. The mattresses on beds were wore out and not comfortable at all. Shower curtains not long enough to keep water from getting all over the floor while showering. I appreciated the housekeepers help the most in trying to get into our room and helping us. That was the best part.

When I first got to the property the door codethey gave me to the room I was supposed to be staying and didn’t work. The door key pad’s battery had died. They don’t have an office on site so you have to call somebody. The person was nice and hooked me up with a room. When I got to the new room it smelled funny. It sort of smelled like old cigarettes. There was no lamp and only fluorescent over head lighting. The desk had no chair to sit at. There was no chair in the room at all. The desk and night stand were very cheap material and both looked like they had experienced water damage and the top level of wood was bubbling off. The night stand was connected to the wall and actually fell off the wall with my open bottle of water on it. It was freezing in there even with the air off. They only give you a thin comforter. Overall, this was a bad stay.

It’s a cute little place in a convenient location. The rooms are clean enough, but nothing special. The problem I had was finding one roach running under a bed, one palmetto bug dead in the bath tub and multiple earwigs on the floor and in the beds. As a traveling band we don’t have the highest standards but this was pretty rough. Especially when we checked in at 2am and there’s no onsite staff to resolve the issue.

The property did not look cleaned when I arrived. There was a door that connected to the room to my left, which made me feel very unsafe. I would have liked to have been informed of this information before booking, otherwise I would not have booked this room. Additionally the blinds in the kitchen did not cover fully, and a view to the bedroom was visible from the outside. Truly do not recommend this place!
