"Location was great. Room was nice but the reason its not a 5 star in all areas is because we weren't able to use the gym. It was locked all the days we were there. And some minor repairs in the unit need done. Like new pull out matresses, they were horrible. And some broken mortar by the entrance and some frames that were broken but still on the walls."

"A warning that this property floods monthly and when it does you have to find a place to park your car off site to get in and out of the bldg going through back alleys. I came to this condo from out of town and called the mgmt team. Unfortunately they just claimed it was common and there was nothing to be done. The property itself was also not worth the price. "

"It was fantastic. The little extra touches (a beach bag packed with towels and a sun hat; a pass for the State parks; coffee and snacks in the kitchen area; an oscillating fan that was used every night. Yes, we're fan people-summer or winter.) Plenty of towels...and a wonderfully cozy 4 poster bed. Our dog went with us and it was very comforting knowing he was safe with a fully fenced in area. The hosts were onsite and very nice and friendly. We will definitely be back. This was 10 out of 10."
