Great Murcia trip

Lovely one nighter with some friends in the City. Great city for walking and the hotel is just 30 minutes walk located from the cathedral. Clean property, lovely service and funny shower in the room. All good.

Nice hotel, good breakfast but pool closed

Nice hotel with easy access to public transportation so you can reach town center easily.Breakfast was fine. Service in the hotelbar area was deficient and most importantly the hotels pool was closed for the season even though it being nearly 30 degrees and the pool being prominent in their advertising without mentioning this.

Was just about to check in and asked where the pool was only to be told it was closed mud sept 28 degrees. Hence did not check in and went to hotel nelva where pool was open.!

Stayed there for 2 nights. Faced a problem with staff talking & understanding English. Service was not up to expectations. Hotel far from city center. A lot of annoying noises at night from the neighborhood. Use taxi applications & dont depend on hotel ordering one since it might take long.

I booked a room for 3 adults on Expedia for 3 single beds. I got a room firstly with 2 single beds then a room with 2 single beds and a child's bed for an adult. Also, no duvet for the child's bed.

Cambio de hotel al JC1 Sercotel - mal servicio

Me cambiaron de hotel al JC1 Sercotel ya que en AC se les estropeó el aire acondicionado (el servicio para cambio rápido y ágil) . Sin embargo el cambio no fue satisfactorio, está más alejado de todo, me dieron una habitación de discapacitadospor lo que el baño era incómodo, además la televisión es muy pequeña para la distancia desde la cama, para colmo el restaurante Hidro el servicio es un poco antipáticos además que las raciones son pequeñas....pero claro no hay ninguna opción cerca así que tienes que cenar allí. Po otro lado no tiene piscina al aire libre, y chequeando el precio normalmente es inferior que el AC por lo que me parece muy mala gestión que al menos no tuvieran una deferencia comercial. No lo recomiendo.

Correct pour un escale d'une nuit

Hotel un peu loin de tout pas très facile d'accès. la chambre est spacieuse, belle salle de bain , douche italienne. Petit déjeuner moyen pas vraiment de plats chauds. Contrairement à ce qui est dit sur Hotel.com il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité, il faut reprendre la voiture pour aller diner
