"Loved it"

"The apartment was in good condition and very comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned (thank you for the Kuerig and pods!) everything was in good working order. The location was great - only a couple blocks from downtown - and very easy to get to and from. We appreciated the in-building parking space. The building itself was not great - bad smell and garbage in the lobby - but, we just moved quickly through the lobby and the apartment was a whole different experience. Would definitely stay...

"The loft is cute. Tons of great places to eat and play in the neighborhood. Roberts alley is a neat experience."

"We were in Fargo for Graduation at NDSU. The appointment was within walking distance of University. The kitchen was well stocked with implements needed. Beds comfortable. It was clean and accessible. Will definitely stay again. "

"The condo is great- location is good for downtown Fargo fun! Parking was difficult until we figured out the Fargo street parking system- would have been helpful if we knew before we got to the property."

"Everything was great! I particularly loved the large lit sign showing the house number when we arrived after dark. It made it easy to locate the house once we were close. I liked the breakfast food that was available because we arrived late by plane and did not have time to buy groceries. One of our group wore clean white socks inside the house and said the floors were dirty because the bottom of her socks became dirty. That person also did not like the scent of the bedding. "Says smoke free it was filled with cigarette smoke. The place is run down, dirty, blinds broken, dusty, toilet constantly running, holes in the wall dirty and stained blankets. Appliances look like they were free from the street, old and broken. Obvious water damage in the ceiling (mold?) Most disgusting! I have pictures. If I had any place to go I would have moved. Sold out for swim meet in town. Almost thought of sleeping in my rental car it was that bad."

"Had everything we needed and was perfect for just us two. Locked myself out of the building and couldn’t get back in till after checkout and they were very understanding and told me it was ok and to take my time checking out. I appreciated that a lot because I felt really dumb and was worried and panicked about being late on checkout."

"It was a great place to stay! The house was nice and clean with great space for the 4 of us. The owner was easy to communicate with and it was overall a great experience! Since we stayed for a duration of 2 months, they even had someone come in to clean. I would recommend this property to others who are looking to stay in the area."
